Caravan Description
WELCOME, WE ARE NOW TAKING BOOKING AGAIN FOR 2024 GET IN EARLY CALL/TEXT
WE HAVE TAKEN ALL STEPS TO MAKE OUR CARAVANS "COVID 19" SAFE along with instructions to enable you to do the same.
Our caravan is on the Happy Days site in Chapel St Leonards', has a large bedroom "12 X 10" with KING SIZED bed, 3 wardrobes, a dressing table and bedside lockers with over bed storage. There is also a twin bedroom with 2 comfortable single beds, a bedside locker wardrobe and cupboard.
Across from this is the bathroom, which has a wide shower cubicle, toilet and wash hand basin.
All the bedding (pillows, duvets and covers, plus sheets) are provided and changed at every changeover, freshly laundered.
We do ask you to bring your own towels and toiletries (for health reasons).
We can now provide HIGHCHAIRS, BED-GUARDS, WATERPROOFS and RAISED DISABLED TOILET SEAT at no extra charge, please book all the above in ADVANCE of arrival.
The kitchen has everything you would need for a self-catering holiday, including a microwave oven, full size cooker, toaster and a large fridge/freezer, along with plenty of storage for your food.
The dining area leads to the lounge where you will find a pull-out double sofa bed and a 34 inch flat screen TV with DVD player and Freeview, along with a boombox with radio, tape and CD player.
The caravan’s rear door leads onto a gated veranda with table and chairs for your comfort. There are also wind breakers and folding chairs for your use at the caravan or on the beach.
The caravan has Double Glazing, with under floor Insulation with supplementary heating throughout.
2024 BOOKINGS NOW BEING TAKEN - A £70 non-refundable deposit will hold any booking.

Happy Days Holiday Homes North is family orientated with facilities such has an outdoor heated fun pool (June to end September), children's play areas, and a launderette. It also provides FREE Wi-Fi., Large flat screen sky & Bt. T.V. in the Arches pub WITH FREE ENTERTAINMENTIt is located close to a large and clean beach with a private access from the site. There is also a bus service only yards away from the site, giving access to places like Fantasy Island, Skegness and Mablethorpe, plus many more attractions and places of interest along the Lincolnshire coastline.
Nearby are grocery shops, restaurants, cafés and public houses offering a variety of food and entertainment.
