Caravan Description
The caravan is only a 5 minute walk from the beach and various attractions at Chapel St Leonard's in the United Kingdom, based on the Happy Days site on Trunch Lane.
It is an 8 berth with 3 big bedrooms, 1 double and 2 double single rooms, along with 2 bathrooms, 1 with very large shower.
There is a large living area with side table with chairs, plus a pull-out bed.
This fully furnished caravan has a 42” TV with Freeview, a PlayStation 4, XBox One, DVD player with over 100 films, an iPod/iPhone music system and hi-fi, plus Sky broadband and a fully loaded Amazon Firestick.
Other facilities include a fridge, pots and pans, knives and forks, a large table outside with chairs and barbecue. Free parking is available for 1 car.
All bedding and towels are provided.
No smoking at all is allowed in the caravan.
Pets may be considered, but only at my discretion.
Passes to use all the clubs and swimming pool are available on site for £10 per adult and £1 per child for the WHOLE week.
To make a booking, £75 is required, which will book your week and is returned after you leave. Please note that charges for any damage or things taken or lost will be taken from deposit. If all well this is returned 3 working days after your departure.
The £75 is non-refundable if your circumstances change and you cancel the holiday.
The full price of your booking must be paid 4 weeks before your arrival date.
Location
The Happy Days site in Chapel St Leonards offers well maintained grounds, lighting and CCTV, along with direct beach front access so no busy roads top cross.
On site there is a launderette, amusement arcade, outdoor heated swimming pool and a licensed restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is also a site office should you need any assistance.
There are excellent public transport links to neighbouring towns and attractions, including Skegness which is about 7 miles away.
