Caravan Description
Executive luxury caravan, 39'x12', Carnaby Rosedale, with 3 bedrooms.
The caravan has full UPVC double glazing with French doors, central heating and uprated electricity supply. Outside is a large fully lit, wrap around veranda complete with a large patio area with furniture, accessed direct from the private parking space.
The master bedroom has ample storage, an en-suite with toilet and sink, and a 19" flatscreen, wall mounted HD TV with DVD player and freeview.
The 2 single rooms each have 2 single beds, which can be put together to make 1 double, ample storage and a 16" flatscreen HD TV with DVD player and freeview.
A travel cot is available in 1 if the single bedrooms.
The main bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower cubicle.
The kitchen has full size hob/oven, built in microwave, full size fridge and
full size freezer, and is fully equipped with all utensils.
A separate dining area seats 4 comfortably on a traditional table and chairs.
The spacious, airy lounge has 2x 2 seat sofas and an armchair; 1 sofa converts into a double bed. A 40" LCD HD flat screen TV is mounted above the fireplace. Full length windows and French doors complete the open aspects of the room.
Smoke alarms and CO2 detectors throughout.
All duvets and pillows are provided, but you will need to provide your own duvet covers, sheets, towels and tea towels.
Terms of Hire
Strictly no smoking (includes no vaping) either inside the caravan or on the deck area.
Strictly no pets (due to owner allergies).
Charging of electric cars. Please contact us for further details if this is required. **This is not allowed without prior arrangement**
£100 non refundable deposit is required at time of booking. Full payment due a minimum 6 weeks before your holiday start date. Once full payment received, the deposit will become the bond and this will be returned 7-10 days after your stay, once confirmed there are no damages or items missing. (Example, £300 for the week, booking time £100 deposit, 6 weeks prior to holiday pay £300, 7-10 after holiday receive £100 refund - STC)

Apologies if you think these rules are too strict but this is a luxury holiday home of the highest specification, with a substantial amount of money invested in it, and we would like it to stay that way!

Sitting on an executive double corner plot with private parking, our luxury caravan for hire is only 5 minutes walk from the beach via a private entrance.An on site club seats over 1000 with full children's facilities, and there are an additional 5 pubs/clubs within a 10 minute walk. On site facilities include an arcade, licensed restaurant, heated outdoor pool with sun terrace and a launderette. There is a supermarket and discount cash n carry across the road.
Bus links run frequently to all local areas, or take the mini train along the sea front to Ingoldmells and Fantasy Island. Fishing ponds are less than a mile away, and include motor boats, quads and other entertainment for the kids.
