Welcome to The Beach House, our lovely, pet friendly caravan for hire on Happy Days Holiday Park in Chapel St Leonards, near Skegness.
After a lot of hard work, The Beach House is finally ready to welcome guests.
This modern and comfortable, 3 bedroom caravan sleeps up to 6 people and is perfect for families, couples and pet owners looking for a relaxing seaside break.
Bookings are available for 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday, 4 nights from Monday to Friday and weekend breaks of 2 or 3 nights from Friday to Sunday or Friday to Monday.
Our pet friendly caravan for hire on Happy Days Holiday Park in Chapel St Leonards, near Skegness, is fully equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable, self-catering holiday. This includes central heating, Wi-Fi, Smart TVs in all rooms (with a standard TV in the double bedroom, so feel free to bring your Fire Stick). There’s also an air fryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board and hairdryer, along with stair gates for families with young children.
Outside, guests can enjoy the BBQ, chiminea, outdoor dining table and chairs, lazy chairs for relaxing in the sunshine, and two fold-up camp chairs for children.
The Beach House is ideally located just an 8 minute walk from the beach and only a 12 minute drive from Fantasy Island and Butlin's Skegness Resort. A bus stop is also just a 5 minute walk away at the end of the road, making it easy to explore the local area.
You’ll find plenty of amenities right on your doorstep, including pubs, cafés, takeaways, arcades, bingo and live entertainment. Passes for the children’s pool are also available.
The caravan is both child and pet friendly. Dogs are welcome for an additional £20 fee, with any extra dogs charged at £10 each.
Please note that smoking is STRICTLY PROHIBITED inside the caravan.
A £100 security deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment must be received 2 weeks before your holiday start date. The initial £100 deposit will then act as a refundable security bond, which will be returned once the caravan has been checked by the cleaner after your stay and everything found to be in good order with no loss, damage and/or breakage or the need for an excessive clean.
