Caravan Description

We have a beautifully stunning holiday caravan for hire in the Elm Crescent area of Haven’s Golden Sands Holiday Park in Mablethorpe.

Our top spec, Gold graded holiday caravan on Golden Sands is 14ft wide, so is considered a lodge! It is also on a large end plot.

It offers a real country style feel and is fully central heated and double glazed.

This stunning holiday caravan has two bedrooms, one double and one twin.

In the lounge there are 2 free standing 3 seater sofas. There’s also a
50" Smart TV and DVD/Blu-ray player. Patio doors opening onto the 8 ft decking area, complete with rattan furniture and table. There is also a separate table and 4 chair patio set.

The fully fitted and equipped kitchen has a fully integrated fridge/freezer, integrated washing machine, integrated full size dishwasher, integrated microwave, all crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans – in fact, everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is also a free standing table and chairs and a Welsh dresser in the kitchen areaThe hob is a 5 gas buner hob. The oven and seperate grill are also integrated.

Our holiday caravan also boasts two bathrooms, both with showers and one being an en-suite to the master bedroom.

The master bedroom has a king size bed. Wardrobe and tall standing shelves. The dressing area has plenty of cupboard spaces and drawers, a footstool in front of the mirror. Also a wall mounted tv. There is also a nook/seating area with drawers underneath.
The second bedroom has two full size 3ft single beds. Wardrobe, drawers. Full length mirror on the wall. Large dressing table and footstool. Wall mounted tv/dvd.

Off the hallway is the main family bathroom with shower.

Outside we have a huge 8ft full wraparound decking with glass balustrade. There’s also a hard standing parking bay next to the caravan. The caravan is on a large end pitch. Also west facing, so sunny all day long.

Ideally situated in a quiet area of Golden Sands Holiday Park Mablethorpe, on Elm Crescent (with owner only caravans), we are just a 5 minute walk from the main complex and the beautiful miles of golden sandy beach.
