Caravan Description
Our newly refurbished pet friendly caravan on Golden Anchor, has a good size living area with 40” TV, plus all the facilities you could need for your self-catering holiday in Chapel St Leonards, including a cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge with small freezer compartment.
The three bedrooms are comprised of two doubles and one twin bedded room. Each room has a small TV.
There is a washroom with toilet and hand basin, along with a separate shower room with wash basin.
Our Golden Anchor caravan also boasts a good size decking, complete with table, chairs and parasol.
It also benefits from having double glazing and central heating for those chillier nights.
Bookings & Conditions
A £100 deposit is required to secure your dates. £50 of this initial deposit will be held as a security bond and refunded after your departure, as long as everything is found to be in good order, with no loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for an excessive clean
The caravan must be left as found, any issues please contact me immediately on arrival.

Location
Our pet friendly caravan on Golden Anchor at Chapel St Leonards, is situated near to the beach and just a few minutes away from the pubs, cafés, shops and arcades. There is also a park and basketball court nearby.
Fantasy Island and Jump Warriors are only a short drive away. If you don't want to drive, a frequent bus service operates from Chapel to Ingoldmells and Skegness.
Club Tropicana is about a 10-minute walk away and offers live entertainment, bingo, and children's entertainment, as well as a soft play area for the youngsters to burn off some energy. The club also features a splash pool and a launderette. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide passes, all extra costs are paid directly to the club.
If you enjoy walking along the beach, you'll come across the Ship Pub, which serves fantastic food and drinks and leads to Chapel Village, which offers frequent entertainment in the local pubs.
If you prefer to stay in and order takeout, there are many takeaway services that will deliver to the caravan.
