Caravan Description

We have two spacious, privately owned, pet friendly caravans to hire at Golden Anchor Holiday Park on Trunch Lane in Chapel St Leonards, so perfect for larger families or friends wishing to holiday together, but have their own space.

FREE Wi-Fi is available in both caravans.

Our first caravan is double glazed throughout, and has wall mounted heaters in every room, along with an electric fire in the lounge. Also in the lounge is plenty of seating, cupboards and a TV/DVD player and Freeview.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, fridge, air fryer, kettle and all pots, pans, crockery and cutlery etc.

The three bedrooms are comprised of one room with double bed, wardrobe and Freeview TV, and two bedrooms each with two single beds and a wardrobe. There is also a pull-out bed in the lounge.

The bathroom has a shower, wash basin and toilet. There is also a separate toilet with hand basin.

Outside we have an enclosed veranda with a lockable gate.

Our second caravan is situated on a large grassy area, just a couple of minutes from the beach. Outside we have a large, south-facing veranda with seating.

It is also fully equipped, double glazed throughout and has three bedrooms, two having a double bed and one having two single beds. There's also a pull-out sofa bed in the lounge so this caravan will comfortably sleep 8 guests too.

The caravan has one bathroom with a shower, wash basin and toilet.

We supply quilts, pillows and mattress protectors, but not bed linen. Please ensure you bring your own quilt covers, pillow cases, sheets and towels as these are not provided.

An iron, ironing board and hairdryer is provided in both caravans.

We can supply a travel cot, bed rails and a highchair on request, free of charge. No bedding is provided for the travel cot.

Both of our caravan are pet friendly, but please DO NOT allow pets on the furniture or beds.

Please ask about short breaks if you prefer them and we can take a look at what's possible for you.



Bookings & Conditions.

A £50 non-refundable deposit is taken to secure your chosen date. The final payment is due 28 days before the arrival date. If this isn’t paid within the time, you may risk your holiday being cancelled and your deposit lost.

A refundable £50 security bond is also payable. This will be returned to you as long as the caravan is left as it was found with no loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for an excessive clean. We clean our own caravan after every tenant has left, to ensure it is found as you would expect it - clean and tidy.


Location

Golden Anchor Holiday Park is on Trunch Lane in Chapel St Leonards. There is a children’s play area on site and just 2 minutes away is the beach.

A 15 minute walk along the beach will take you into Chapel village in one direction and Ingoldmells in the other.

A 10 minute walk away is Club Tropicana and the indoor pool, where you can purchase passes.
