Caravan Description

We have a clean, tidy and well equipped, 2 bedroom family caravan for you to hire on Golden Anchor Caravan Park in Chapel St Leonards, Skegness.

AND YOUR BOND WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IF YOU SMOKE INSIDE THE CARAVAN

The kitchen is well equipped with a gas cooker, fridge with icebox, microwave, kettle, toaster, electric steamer, pots and pans etc. You will need to provide your own tea towels.

The lounge has a comfortable 2 seater sofa (incorporating a double pull-out bed), a 3 seater sofa, TV, DVD player and electric fire.

The double bedroom is very spacious and offers 2 wardrobes, one with drawers, a dressing table with stool, and a TV with build-in DVD player. The twin room is a nice size with a smaller wardrobe. Double duvets, single duvets and pillows are provided, but we ask that you provide your own duvet covers, pillow cases, sheets and towels.

The bathroom is spacious with a large shower.

A hairdryer is provided for your convenience. Windbreaks are also available for your use on the beach.

Outside you will find a large, gated decking with a patio set available for your use.

Dogs are permitted, but please keep off both the lounge furniture and the beds.

PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PET ALONE IN THE CARAVAN

The caravan is located very close to the beach and is just few minutes’ walk from the pubs, cafés and shops.

Bookings & Conditions

A £50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

The balance of your payment is due no later than 28 days prior to your arrival date. Failure to do so could result in the cancellation of your booking and loss of your deposit.

We also require a £50 security bond, which will be returned to you following your departure as long as everything is found in good order and nothing found to be missing, damaged or broken.

Check in is from 2pm and departure by 10am, please do not arrive before 2pm as the van may not have been cleaned.

Golden Anchor Caravan Park itself does not allow mixed sex groups under the age of 25, or same sex groups. This could result in your removal from the site.

We ask that you please leave the caravan as clean and tidy and as you find it.
