Caravan Description
Our 3 bedroom, 36ft by 12ft caravan, double glazed and electric heaters through out is for hire on Golden Anchor Caravan Park in Skegness and consists of 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms.
We are taking all the necessary steps needed to make our caravan as clean and safe as possible during the current situation (Covid).
A hand sanitiser is located on the wall as you enter the caravan.
Milton antibacterial fluid and blue roll is provided for cleaning and sanitising.
Cutlery is sanitised and cleaned at each change over.
All pillow protectors and mattress protectors are changed between each let.
The caravan is antibacterially fogged between each let
Please note this is a pet friendly so dogs are allowed.
Sheets/duvet covers and pillow cases will be provided if required, a long with duvets and pillows.
Bedroom 1 is a double featuring a double bed, twin wardrobe and chest of drawers. Wall hanging mirror, it is not large, but serves its purpose. Electric wall heater fitted. TV also included.
Bedroom 2 is a twin with 2 single beds and wardrobe above one. Electric wall heater
Bedroom 3 is also a twin with 2 single beds and wardrobe above one. Electric wall heater.
The bathroom consists of a Free standing walk in shower, toilet and wash hand basin. Electric wall heater.
Separate toilet.
There is also a well-equipped, kitchen with plenty of cupboard and worktop space, a gas cooker, small fridge, microwave, toaster, panini maker, kettle and plenty of pots and pans.
The kitchen joins onto the lounge where you will find fitted bench seating, a separate dining table, cupboard space, a gas fire and 32” Free view TV , Free sat box, DVD player. Electric wall heater fitted.
Outside we have a 18ft long wooden decking area with steps and a gate.
Quilts, mattress protectors, pillows and pillow protectors have been provided for all beds.
**People are required to provide their own towels.
We will operate the caravan on a occupier -cleaning basis to keep prices down. Please leave the caravan clean and tidy as you would like to find it. Vacuum cleaner provided.
The caravan is clean, tidy and well-equipped for your stay.
Pets permitted. Please keep them off the beds and lounge seating.
A non-refundable £50 deposit required at time of booking balance due 4 weeks before holiday starts.
Payment by either cheque or PayPal.

About the Area
Golden Anchor Caravan Park is situated on Trunch Lane, just 5 minutes from the beach. There are shops, cafés, arcades and pubs close by.A fishing pond area is just a 10 minute walk away.
There are plenty of walks available in the area and dogs are permitted on the beach, which is a bonus
Fantasy island and Ingoldmells market are a 20 minute walk away.
You can also pay a visit to Club Tropicana which is on Golden Palm a 5 minute drive or 10 minute walk away. You can purchase either daily or weekly passes from their reception for the swimming pool and entertainment .
