Welcome to our modern and spacious, pet friendly caravan located in the newly developed Lilac Blossom Meadow Estate at Golden Anchor Caravan Park, Chapel St Leonards.

Perfect for a relaxing break, this caravan offers a peaceful lake view setting, combined with all the comforts of home.

The Sleeping Accommodation
• Sleeps up to 6 guests
• Master bedroom - double bed, wall-mounted 40” Smart TV and a spacious walk-in closet
• Second bedroom - two single beds, small closet and a 32” Smart TV
• Lounge - pull-out bed to comfortably sleep two additional guests

Entertainment & Connectivity
• Lounge area - 50” Smart TV with Netflix, Disney Plus and Amazon Prime included
• Free Wi-Fi with speeds up to 400 Mbps available throughout the caravan

Fully Equipped Kitchen - Whether you're making a quick breakfast or a full dinner, you'll find everything you need:
• Air fryer, microwave, toaster and kettle
• Full set of cutlery, plates, dishes, pots and pans
• Fridge freezer
• Dining area with comfortable seating

Outdoor Features
• Two decking areas, including one that opens directly from the lounge, with stunning views of the lake
• Private parking space, plus additional parking beside the caravan
• Spacious private lawn – ideal for enjoying the outdoors
• Central heating & hot water via a full boiler and radiator system

Important Information
• Strictly NO SMOKING in the caravan, or your deposit will not be refunded
• One dog allowed but it must not be allowed on beds or furniture and must not be left unattended inside the caravan
• Check-in from 2pm. Check-out by 10am – please do not arrive early as the caravan may still be being cleaned
• Golden Anchor Park Rules: No mixed-sex groups under 25 or same-sex groups allowed - violation may result in removal from the site

Bookings & Conditions
A deposit of £50 will secure your dates. Full payment must be received 6 weeks before your holiday start date.

Should you cancel your holiday within 4 weeks of arrival, only 50% of your payment will be refunded. Any later than 4 weeks and there will be no refund on the deposit.

A £100 damage deposit will also be required. This will be refunded once the caravan has been checked following your departure and everything found to be in order with no loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for an excessive clean.
