Caravan Description
Six berth, pet friendly caravan for hire on Golden Anchor Holiday Park on Trunch Lane, set on a roadside pitch, so no muddy shoes on the way home.
Our double glazed caravan at Golden Anchor benefits from having a full length veranda to the side, complete with seating.
The caravan comprises:
Lounge – with a large corner sofa (with pull out bed), a coffee table, dining table, TV, lamp and gas fire.
Kitchen – with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge (freezer in the outside store), kettle, cutlery, utensils, pots and pans. An iron and ironing board are also provided.
Bathroom with shower, wash basin with mirror cabinet, a toilet and an electric wall-mounted heated towel rail.
Bedroom One – a spacious room with double bed, two double wardrobes and a dressing table, along with an electric wall-mounted heater.
Bedroom Two – with two single beds, a small wardrobe, bedside drawers and an electric wall-mounted heater.
All bed linen is provided, with beds made up ready for your arrival.
Car parking spaces are available opposite the caravan.
NO smoking allowed in the caravan.

Bookings
We offer Saturday to Saturday weekly stays, Monday to Friday and also Friday to Monday short breaks. Please see our Price & Availability list above.
A £75 deposit will be required to secure your dates, which is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The full cost of your holiday must be received 6 weeks prior to your holiday start date.
We require the full balance to be paid 6 weeks before your stay.
Once full payment for your holiday is received, the initial £75 deposit will be used as your security deposit, which will be refunded following your holiday once the holiday home has been checked and no loss, damage and/or breakages have occurred or the need for an excessive clean.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations will result in the £75 deposit not being refunded.
If you cancel with more than 6 weeks to your stay, a full refund will be given, less the £75 deposit.
If you decide to cancel your holiday and it is less than 6 weeks to your stay, you will receive 50% of your payment.
If you cancel less than 2 weeks to your stay, NO monies will be refunded.
All payments to be made via bank transfer.

About the Area
Our caravan on Golden Anchor is only a short walk from all the bars, shops and amusements on Trunch Lane, so an ideal position. The beach is only a few minutes’ walk away too.There is a laundrette available next door to the site Reception which is coin operated.
If you want to venture further away, then Ingoldmells is a good choice and is only a short drive away, as are Skegness and Mablethorpe.
There’s lots to do in the local area too, including mini golf, pirate ship café, amusements, trampolining, strawberry picking, North Sea Observatory, Hardy’s Animal Farm, Fantasy Island and lots more.
