It is located on the recently redeveloped Palm Grove area of the park and within easy walking distance of all facilities on site, including the site club suitable for all ages, Club Tropicana. (Passes are available to buy from club Tropicana reception). The lovely dog friendly beach is also just a short walk away.
We have the price list for the club and the fun pool if required.Please just ask.

If you fancy trying a different park, we have a 6 berth caravan to let on Seaways Holiday Park – Ref 8993c. ( Seaways is next to Butlins in Winthorpe).
The caravan is fully double glazed, central heated, modern, and tastefully decorated..
In the lounge there is a pull-out sofa bed, Smart TV and a modern electric fire.
The kitchen is well equipped with a gas cooker,full sized integrated fridge freezer, microwave, crockery, and utensils etc, everything you need.
To put your mind at rest we have a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector and a fire extinguisher.
The very spacious master bedroom consists of a double bed with lots of room to walk around, wardrobe, dressing table with a small TV and the added benefit of an en-suite toilet and washbasin. The spacious second bedroom has twin beds, and wardrobe with hanging space. There are mattress and pillow protectors on all beds. We supply duvets and pillows, you will need to bring your own bed linen (duvet covers, pillowcases and sheets), towels, and tea towels. Alternatively, we can arrange bed linen to be delivered to the caravan for your arrival for a small fee. Please, just ask.
The spacious, family shower room has a toilet, washbasin, walk-in shower, and lots of space for your toiletries.
Outside is a modern veranda with ramp access, seating, and a built in windbreak. To the rear of the caravan is a small shed for storage of a disability scooter or a pushchair etc. Inside is a wheelchair if required. Directly outside the caravan is parking for one car, additional parking is available nearby in one of the ample car parks.
Well trained/behaved dogs are welcome at no additional cost. If you have more than one, please enquire.
Gas and electricity is included within the price.
Check in is 4pm. Check out is 10am to allow for cleaning..
Key deposit is £20, payable at reception on arrival. This will be refunded when the key is returned.
We ask for a £75 deposit to secure your dates, which will become your refundable damage bond. The bond will be refunded when the caravan has been checked after your departure. The bond covers damage, breakages, and excess cleaning, such as stain removal etc.
Full payment is due 4 weeks before your holiday. Instalments are most welcome..

Directly outside the main entrance is a bus stop, with services to Ingoldmells, Skegness and Mablethorpe. Just a short bus ride (or drive) is Ingoldmells with Fantasy Island, markets, pubs, and amusements etc.
Just a short walk through the site is the sandy beach, sand dunes, and the popular Trunch Lane for pubs and food.
Chapel St Leonards has a lovely village square where you'll find cafes, chippies, pubs, an Italian restaurant, Chinese take-aways, amusements and a supermarket. From the square there is a ramp up to the lovely beach. At Chapel point there is a newly built observation centre that serves food, snacks, and drinks.
Skegness is a 15 minute drive away (7miles) with attractions including Natureland Seal Sanctuary, the aquarium and many seaside rides and stalls.
