Facilities on Golden Palm resort include the site club (suitable for all ages) , Club Tropicana. Passes are available to buy from club reception..
Outside the site entrance you can catch a bus to Ingoldmells (for fantasy island),Skegness and Mablethorpe.

The caravan is near to the children's play area and the tennis courts (but not overlooking them) and it is sited at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a quieter location.

It had brand new double glazed windows and door for 2022 and is modern and tastefully decorated, with an open plan lounge and an integrated dining area.
The lounge and dining area has a new carpet for 2023.

Wi-Fi also newly installed for the 2022 season ! We don’t charge extra for Wi-fi. !!

The lounge is very spacious and open, with an integral dining area. There is a pull out sofa bed, Freeview SMART TV (Netflix etc) and DVD player, along with a selection of family friendly DVDs. There’s also a selection of board games. The kitchen is well equipped and comes complete with a gas cooker, fridge, microwave, crockery, utensils, cleaning equipment etc. - everything you need.

There is a gas fire in the lounge area and warm air heating in the bedrooms. We also have freestanding, plug in heaters to keep you warm in cooler months.

There is a smoke alarm as well as a carbon monoxide alarm. Also a fire extinguisher.

The shower and toilet are in separate rooms. The shower room is spacious and equipped with a wash basin and a walk in shower, plus a wall heater/towel rail. The toilet room has a hand basin, too. The toilet and shower were renewed in 2021 .


The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and dressing table with a freeview TV. It also boasts over bed cupboards/units and ample storage space. The second and third bedrooms each have two single beds, a wardrobe and hanging space.
Mattress protectors are on all beds along with pillow protectors.


Outside we have a modern, gated veranda with seating, along with a hard standing parking bay on the plot, right outside the caravan. There is also a shed for storage .

The caravan is sited on an end of row plot, so has ample space.

Bookings & Conditions

One well trained dog is welcome at no additional cost. If you have more than one, please ask.

We supply duvets and pillows, but you will need to take your own bed linen (duvet covers, pillow cases and sheets).
Alternatively we can arrange to have bed linen delivered to the caravan on your arrival for a small additional cost. Please ask !
You will also need to take towels and tea towels with you.

Check in is 4pm. Check out is by 10am to allow for cleaning.

A Key Deposit of £20 is payable at Reception upon arrival. This is refunded when the key is returned to reception.

We ask for £75 non refundable deposit to secure your dates.This turns into your refundable damage bond
Full payment must be made by four weeks before your holiday start date, this allows time for key release details to be processed . Payment by instalments welcome.

The damage bond, will be refunded when the caravan has been checked on your departure. The bond covers damage, breakages, excess cleaning (such as stain removal).

Golden Palm Resort is located on South Road in Chapel St Leonards in Skegness.

Just a short walk through the site is the sandy beach and sand dunes. Also a short walk away is the famous and popular Trunch Lane for pubs and food.

Chapel St Leonards also has a lovely village square where you'll find cafe's, chippies, pubs, an Italian restaurant, Chinese take aways, amusements and a supermarket. From the square there is a ramp up to the beach. At Chapel point there is a newly built observation center that serves food, snacks and drinks and is dog friendly!

Directly outside the main entrance is a bus stop, with services to Ingoldmells, Skegness and Mablethorpe. Just a short bus ride (or drive) is Ingoldmells with Fantasy Island, markets, pubs and amusements etc.

Skegness is a 15 minute drive away (7 miles) with attractions including Natureland Seal Sanctuary,the aquarium and many seaside rides and stalls .
