Caravan Description

Our six berth, dog friendly caravan with FREE unlimited Wi-Fi and SMART TV is on Golden Palm Resort in Chapel st Leonards,Skegness. It is located in the Sherwood area of the park and within easy walking distance of all facilities offered on site, including the site club suitable for all ages, Club Tropicana. (Passes are available to buy from club Tropicana reception).

WE ALSO OWN AN EIGHT BERTH CARAVAN ON GOLDEN PALM, SEARCH FOR PROPERTY REF 8993B AND AN EIGHT BERTH ON SEAWAYS ,ROMAN BANK INGOLDMELLS PROPERTY REF 8993C.

Outside the club you can catch a bus to Ingoldmells (for Fantasy Island) ,Skegness and Mablethorpe.

The caravan is fully double glazed, modern and tastefully decorated.The sofas have been re-upholstered.
We also renewed the skylights in 2021. For 2023 there is a brand new walk in shower.

ALSO we have now installed WI-FI ! No extra charge for unlimited wi-fi.
The caravan is sited on an end of row plot, so has ample space. Parking is allowed next to the caravan when the grass is dry.There is ample parking close by ..

There is a gas fire in the lounge area and warm air heating in the bedrooms. We also have free standing plug in heaters to keep you warm in cooler months. There is a wall heater/towel rail in the shower/toilet room too.

In the lounge there is a Freeview HD Smart TV (so you can use your netflix log in) and DVD with a selection of family friendly DVDs. There is also a pull out sofa bed.

There is a smoke alarm as well as a carbon monoxide alarm.Also a fire extinguisher.

The kitchen is well equipped, with a gas cooker, fridge, microwave, crockery and utensils etc,everything you need.

The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and dressing table. The second bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe and hanging space . Free standing heater.
There are mattress protectors on all beds along with pillow protectors.

The shower room is spacious, with a toilet, sink and walk-in shower.

Outside we have a modern veranda with seating and a lockable gate for the little ones safety. There is a shed at the rear of the caravan for storage too. Feel free to use it for luggage storage etc .Parking is available direct outside the caravan in good weather, or very near by in one of the ample parking spaces.

Well trained dogs are welcomed at no additional cost. If you have more than one, please ask.

We supply duvets and pillows, but you will need to take your own bed linen (duvet covers, pillow cases and sheets). You will also need towels and tea towels.
Alternatively we can arrange to have bed linen delivered to the caravan on your arrival for a small additional fee. Please ask !
Gas and electric is included, no additional charge.
Check in is 4PM, check out by 10AM to allow for cleaning.
Key deposit is £20, payable at reception on arrival, refundable when the key is returned.

We ask for £75 non refundable deposit to secure your dates, this turns into your refundable damage bond.Full payment is due by four weeks before your holiday. Installments welcome.
The bond will be refunded when the caravan has been checked on your departure. The bond covers damage, breakages, excess cleaning such as stain removal etc.

Golden Palm Resort is located on South Road in Chapel St Leonards near Skegness.

Just a short walk through the site is the sandy beach and sand dunes. Also a short walk away is the famous and popular Trunch Lane for pubs and food.

Chapel St Leonards also has a lovely village square where you'll find cafe's, chippies, pubs, an Italian restaurant, Chinese take aways, amusements and a supermarket. From the square there is a ramp up to the lovely beach. At Chapel point there is a newly built observation center that serves food, snacks and drinks.

Directly outside the main entrance is a bus stop, with services to Ingoldmells, Skegness and Mablethorpe.Just a short bus ride (or drive) is Ingoldmells with Fantasy Island, markets, pubs and amusements etc.

Skegness is a 15 minute drive away (7miles) with attractions including Natureland Seal Sanctuary,the aquarium and many seaside rides and stalls that you can enjoy.
