Our family friendly 6 berth 2 bed caravan with decking is situated in the best place on the site right need to all to facilities

You will NOT be charged extra for any gas or electricity used during your stay the price is the price
This comfortable caravan has 2 bedrooms a double bed and two single beds with wardrobes, along with a pull-out double sofa bed in the living room.
In the bathroom there is a wash sink, shower with hand towel with toilet separate.
In the kitchen you will find fully equipped with a fridge and ice box, microwave, oven/grill, kettle and toaster, as well oven trays, pans, cups, plates, and cutlery.
In the lounge you will find a flat screen TV with Freeview and a DVD player.
Outside we have a gated veranda.
Also provided in the caravan is a hairdryer, hoover, iron and ironing board.
Our caravan is fitted with a smoke alarm and carbon monoxide alarm.
No smoking allowed in our caravan at all.
All duvets and pillows are provided, But you will need to take your own bed linen (duvet covers, pillow cases and sheets). You will also need towels and tea towels.
We ask for £75 bond today to secure the dates and which is refunded to you when the caravan has been checked on your departure. it must be left clean and tidy with no loss or damage.
Full payment must be received 4 weeks prior to your holiday start date.

Just a short walk through the site is the sandy beach and sand dunes. Also a short walk away is the famous and popular Trunch Lane for pubs and food.
Chapel St Leonards also has a lovely village square where you'll find cafe's, chippies, pubs, an Italian restaurant, Chinese take away, amusements and a supermarket.
Directly outside the main entrance is a bus stop, with services to Ingoldmells, Skegness and Mablethorpe. Just a short bus ride (or drive) is Ingoldmells with Fantasy Island, markets, pubs and amusements etc.
Skegness is a 15 minute drive away (7 miles) with attractions including Natureland Seal Sanctuary,The aquarium and many seaside rides and stalls that you can enjoy.
