Welcome everyone to my listing
let me invite you into my lovely 3 bedroom caravan, situated on Sherwood on the popular Golden palm in Chapel Lincolnshire PE24 5TR.
It is nicely situated near the entrance of the site close to the children’s park. It is a clean and well kept site.
Time for the tour;
We have an veranda with table and chairs to have your morning cuppa on.
The first door you come to takes you into the hallway, to your right is the boiler cupboard. A wall mirror and the ironing board is found here too. Next is bedroom with 2 single beds in with a wardrobe. Then it is the double bed room with wardrobe and an area you can sit and put your makeup on. Another bedroom with 2 single beds in with a wardrobe. In the main Bedroom you will find in the cupboard above the mirror hairdryer and hair straighteners
Opposite you will find our bathroom with shower cubicle, sink and toilet.
Through the door you will find our Kitchen, it is fully equipped with Fridge with an icebox, oven/ grill, microwave, Kettle and toaster.
In the cupboard you will find oven trays, saucepans, In the wall units wine glasses, drinking glasses, mugs and plastic bowls etc for young children.
In the draws there is cutlery, foil etc. The iron is kept in here.
Through into the dinning area table with seating.
In the living area plenty of seating, with coffee table and a TV with freeview, Separate DVD machine.
We are dog friendly, just incase you have any allergies,
Please do not leave dogs alone in the caravan. Lots of the pubs in the area are dog friendly and we do have a list, please let me know if you require it.
No smoking inside this caravan
On site facilities include a shop, Launderette, information office, The Club Tropicana, Large family bar and restaurant. We also have an outdoor children's park and swimming baths. For more information on prices for the Club and swimming feel free to ask.
Linen is available to hire £20 Beds are made up

We have Wi-Fi installed in our caravan now, £10 per booking.
Well behaved dogs are allowed
Maximum of 2 dogs per booking.
Charge of £10 per dog.
A refundable damage bond of £75 is required per booking, which secures your holiday. This is returned to you after your holiday if the caravan is left clean and tidy with no loss or damage. (Non refundable if cancelled!)

About the Area
Golden Palm Resort facilities include live family entertainment in the 2,000 seater, air-conditioned venue The Club Tropicana which is the envy of the East Coast.It includes a dedicated under 14 children's play area, the Fun Beach and swimming pool plus much more.
Please note that you will need to obtain passes from the office for the entertainment and swimming pool for a small charge that varies throughout the season. You can phone up to book in prior to your holiday.
