Sited on Golden Palm is our 3 bedroom, fully double glazed family caravan situated on Meadow View; a quiet part of the park.
New for 2018, re upholstery in the lounge area and new curtains throughout.
The caravan consists of 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms and can sleep six. Heaters are provided in all bedrooms for those chilly nights.
Beds are made up, please bring towels and tea towels - purely for hygiene reasons.
There is a shower room with toilet and hand basin.
In the kitchen you will find all cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, along with a cooker, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, iron and ironing board.
There is a flat screen TV with built-in DVD player in the lounge.
Bookings & Conditions
Sorry, no single sex groups allowed as this a family run park and park rules have to be obeyed.
No pets and no smoking allowed inside the caravan - thank you very much for your courtesy.
To make a booking a non-refundable deposit of £50 is required. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to your arrival date.
A refundable £50 bond is required with the balance, which will be returned immediately once the caravan has been inspected and no loss or damage found.

About the Area
Golden Palm has the Club Tropicana (with top acts and big money bingo), indoor heated swimming pool with slides, children's pool and a play area, amusements, crazy golf, fish and chip shop, take away food, supermarket and the Maid Marion pub - all are about 10 minute walk. The beach is just a few minutes more.Out and about, the centre of Chapel St Leonards is close by, which has been awarded the Blue Flag - the beach is clean and safe for children to play and paddle. Pubs, cafés, restaurants and amusements are never too far away either. You could also take a leisurely walk on the promenade to Ingoldmells.
There's a links and parkland mixture 18 hole golf course at Northshore in Skegness for the golfers amongst you.
Should you require a bus they are quite frequent, going to Ingoldmells (Eastgate Market and Fantasy Island), Butlins, Skegness and Mablethorpe.
