My beautiful 6 berth caravan is for hire in Chapel St Leonards Skegness, is situated in the Meadow Lakes area of the Golden Palm Resort in chapel st Leonard’s. The meadow lakes is a lovely quite part of the golden palm Near to the lakes.The caravan is a luxury caravan and recently bought its truly stunning. All our caravans are pet friendly and have a gated veranda, they are near to the three fishing lakes , so bring your fishing tackle.lovely peaceful area. with ducks and rabbits around. Bed linen can be ordered for an extra charge from my cleaner (£26 )or you can take your own. The caravan is professionally cleaned between lets. I provide cleaning products for guests to use. At the beginning of the school holidays i have a double pushchair available to use. There is a bed guard available to use

The caravan has double glazing and central heating, and a electric fire in the lounge. A en-suite to master bedroom

There is a lovely electric fire in the lounge area, along with newly upholstered seating area in high grade material. The fully fitted kitchen includes a full size fridge freezer. I have recently bought a new 43 inch tv.

The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and en-suite, while the twin bedroom has 2 single beds and a fitted wardrobe.Duvets and pillows are provided. Bed linen can be provided by my cleaner if required. There is know need to go to reception for the keys as i have a key safe. No need to pay for a deposit for the keys.

The main bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.

Outside there is a large decking area with a gate.Hard standing parking is available directly outside the caravan, which is on hard standing. I can offer a travel cot for the duration of your holiday for a fee of £10.00 there is also a high chair available

Location

Golden Palm Resort offers many facilities, including: fishing lakes; a 2000 seater club which has entertainment nightly; 2 indoor play areas with CCTV; outside play areas; basketball court; heated swimming pool; crazy golf; amusement arcade; shops, restaurants and pubs. There is also children’s entertainment every day and night with the Blue Anchor reps .Passes need to be bought from reception

The sandy beach is a 10 minute walk away.

In one direction is the lovely village of Chapel St Leonards and the other direction is Ingoldmells.

I will require a £75 damage waiver which will be refunded back to you in 48 hours, the caravan must have no damage and left clean and tidy please
