I have a 8 berth bedroom caravan that is on the Golden Palm Resort in Chapel St Leonards (sherwood side ) . which is near to the club tropicana and swimming pool and all the facilities.All our caravans are dog friendly and have a gated veranda. This caravan is near to all the facilities there is 3 fishing lakes on site


Heating in all rooms. and electric fire in the lounge. This caravan is having all new matresses for the 2026.I have a key safe so no waiting at reception for the keys
And no deposit needs to be paid for the keys
The caravan is spacious and will sleep 8 people. It has 3 bedrooms, one with double bed and plenty of storage and two twin bedded rooms with plenty of storage. There is also a pull-out bed in the lounge area. Duvets and pillows are provided but not bed linen. Bed linen can be provided by my cleaner if required at an extra cost (£26 )Cleaning products are provided

This is one of the larger caravans and is 32' x 12'.

The kitchen has a full size cooker and fridge, and all kitchen contents. In the lounge there is a large seating area and a corner seating area with a table. A travel cot can be arranged to be in the accommadation for a hire fee of £10.00 There is also a high chair available. The caravan is near to all the facilities and is a family favourite

The bathroom has a full size shower, toilet and sink. My caravan has a verranda with a gate. There is a patio table and chairs for you're use. . It has been reholphstered and new curtains throughout. The caravan is double glazed and heating in all rooms. Electric fire in lounge Panel heater in kitchen all oil filled radiators in bedrooms

All contents are new, including a microwave, 32" TV, DVD player, kettle, hairdryer, duvets and pillow etc. I have also purchased a new travel cot, duvet, b buckets and spades, plus a few DVDs and games for rainy days.

Duvets and pillows are provided, but please bring your own bed linen. You will also need to provide towels and tea towels. Phone number is 07774312502

Bookings

To secure your booking a £50 non-refundable deposit is required. I also require a £75 damage waiver which will be returned to you if the caravan is left clean and tidy with no breakages or damage.

The balance needs to be paid in full 6 weeks before your holiday begins.

As myself and my family will be using this family caravan ourselves, no same sex groups allowed - families and couples only.

No smoking inside the caravan please.
