Caravan Description
Our caravan is 4 bedroom, 8 berth on Golden Palm Resort in Chapel St Leonards, complete with extra large, south facing veranda, and sited in a very private corner location with a large grassed area outside.
Located on the beach side of the site (with direct beach access) our caravan it is only a 5 minute walk from the beach, shops, club and swimming pool.
The caravan has recently been re-upholstered and has new carpets throughout.
It has 1 double bed and 6 single beds, with wardrobes and storage in each bedroom.
The fully equipped galley kitchen includes a larder fridge with freezer compartment, a gas hob, gas oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, pots pans and all the cutlery you would need.
It has a bathroom with spacious shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin.
The lounge has a dining table and 32" flat screen LCD TV with Freeview, plus a selection of board games.
A wall-mounted electric heater can be found in the main bedroom and the kitchen area.
All gas and electric is included.
We also have a high chair, bed guard and travel cot available on request.
We provide duvets, pillows and mattress protectors. You need to bring pillow cases, duvet covers, sheets, towels and tea towels.
Bookings
A £100 deposit is required to secure the booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before your arrival date.
A £50 returnable bond is to be added to the total, which will be returned after successful inspection of the caravan following your departure.

About the Area
The Golden Palm Resort has a large indoor heated swimming pool with slides, children's pool, splash pool and wet play area. Also on site there are children's playgrounds, amusements, prize bingo, crazy golf, shops and takeaways, along with Club Tropicana that offers extensive entertainment with bars, a food area, large children's soft play area and also cash bingo.There is a charge to use some facilities on site.
The village of Chapel St Leonard's is a 10 minute walk and Ingoldmells is a 30 minute walk along the promenade.
There are regular buses to Skegness, Butlins, Ingoldmells and Mablethorpe.
