Our beautiful caravan is sited very near the entrance of Golden Palm Resort in Chapel St Leonards, on the Lincoln side, and is very homely.

Caravan Description
Our caravan at Golden Palm has two bedrooms, with the master bedroom boasting a king size bed and an en-suite with bath, shower and WC. The second bedroom has two single beds and both bedrooms has a TV. There is also a pull-out bed within the comfortable seating in the lounge.
With the en-suite, the caravan has a bath, two showers and two toilets.
The dining area has table and 4 chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you could need for your holiday.
Outside we have an enclosed front veranda and side veranda. There is also a private parking space.
Wi-Fi is included.
Quilts and pillows will be supplied - just bring your quilt covers, pillow cases and sheets. If you would like beds making up before arrival please ask and this will cost £20.
Bookings & Conditions
We normally let only to family and close friends, but decided to give this website a go, so others can enjoy our beautiful home from home on Golden Palm Resort.
Well-behaved dogs will be allowed at an additional cost of £10 per dog. Please do not leave dogs alone in caravan unless caged.
7 night stays are available. If you would like other dates that aren't on the list, we will try our best to accommodate you if we can.
A deposit of £75 will secure your booking. Full payment must be received 6 weeks prior to your holiday start date.
The initial £75 deposit will be used as your security bond, which will be refunded after caravan is checked following your departure and no loss, damage and/or breakages are found, or the need for an excessive clean.
If the holiday is cancelled within 6 weeks of the start date, no refunds will be given.

Our beautiful caravan is sited very near the entrance of Golden Palm Resort in Chapel St Leonards, very close to Club Tropicana and the shops. A chip shop, pizza shop, chicken shop and Chinese takeaway can be found on site.There are plenty of pubs within in walking distance and the beach is just a 10 minute walk away.
