Caravan Description

Our caravan on Golden Palm Resort is within walking distance of all facilities offered on the site, including Club Tropicana and the swimming pool, which can be found over the road and suitable for all ages. Passes are available to buy from club Tropicana reception – they are not included in the caravan hire price.

The caravan is central heated, fully double glazed, newly carpeted in the living room and carpeted in both bedrooms. It offers a modern décor throughout and has a real home from home feel.

In the lounge there is a pull-out double sofa bed, TV and FREE unlimited Wi-Fi.

The kitchen is well equipped and has a four-ring gas hob and a gas cooker. There’s also a fridge freezer, microwave, 4 slice toaster, air fryer and all crockery, utensils and oven trays etc. We also have plastic plates/cups etc. should you wish to have a picnic on the beach or sit outside on the veranda enjoying the sunshine and not have to worry about breakages.

The caravan has a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector, a fire extinguisher and fire blanket for your added peace of mind.

The master bedroom is very spacious with enough room to walk around each side of the king-size bed. There is a wardrobe and a tall 6 drawer unit, together with cupboards above the bed and on either side of the bed, with reading lights. The master bedroom also has access to the main bathroom, comprising of a large walk-in shower, toilet and a sink. The two additional bedrooms both have twin beds and a wardrobe with hanging space.

We have mattress protectors and pillow protectors on all beds, which are washed fresh for each let. We supply the duvets and pillows, plus additional bedding for the sofa bed, should you require it.

Beds are freshly made up for your arrival.

In addition to the main bathroom, there is a separate toilet with hand basin.

We provide hand towels for each of the bathrooms and tea towels for the kitchen - free of charge. Cleaning products under the sink including washing up liquid and cloths.

Outside is a modern veranda with a rattan corner sofa (cushions can be found under the single beds). Directly outside the caravan is parking for one car, with additional parking available around the site in the many overflow car parks.

Gas and electricity is included in our hire price.

Bookings & Conditions

Check in is 3pm. Check out is by 10am to allow for cleaning. Please do ask if you would like an earlier check in / late check out as we may be able to accommodate at an additional fee if we can. If there are any dates that you want that are not listed, please feel free to get in touch.

We ask for a £75 deposit to secure your dates. Full payment must be paid 4 weeks before your holiday start date.

The initial £75 deposit will then be used as your refundable security bond. The bond will be refunded when the caravan has been checked after your departure as long as no loss, damage and/or breakages are found, or the need for an excessive clean, such as stain removal etc. We do appreciate that breakages happen, and all we ask is that you please tell us so that we are aware.

If you choose to cancel your stay, the £75 deposit is non refundable. If full payment is not received 4 weeks before your stay, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
