Caravan Description

Our Willerby Westmoreland caravan is 34ft x 12ft with a full length veranda with furniture.
Caravan now has double glazing.

The caravan has been refurbished with new seating, curtains etc.

It has 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin, one of which can be made up as a second double if preferred. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and panel heaters and there is also a pull-out double bed in the lounge. Duvets and pillows provided. You will just need to bring your own linen & towels.

The shower room and toilet are separate.

The kitchen has lots of storage, a full size cooker, under counter fridge/freezer, toaster,, microwave and kettle, along with all pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.

In the lounge there is a 32" TV/DVD, wrap around seating and a dining table to seat 8. Lounge heating is by gas fire.

The caravan is cleaned by ourselves to a high standard.

Bookings

No smoking in the caravan.

No pets allowed.

No same sex groups - Families and couples over 25 only.

A £50 non refundable deposit is required to secure your holiday. Full payment is due 4 weeks before your holiday start date.

A £50 security bond is also payable, which will be refunded provided there is no damage or loss and the caravan is left clean.

Payment is required by bank transfer.
