Caravan Description

6 berth, pet friendly caravan for hire on Coral Beach Leisure Park in Ingoldmells. It is ideally situated, with everything within a 5-10 minute walk away, so no need to use the car.

We allow a maximum of 2 well-behaved pets in our caravan at Coral Beach at NO EXTRA CHARGE.

Situated at Coral Beach Leisure Park in Ingoldmells, our caravan has two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, a vanity unit and central heated radiator, along with direct bathroom access. The second bedroom has two single beds a wardrobe, vanity unit and central heated radiator. There is also a foldable double bed stored in the main bedroom wardrobe for use within the lounge area.

The bathroom offers a step-in large shower, wash basin and toilet, with duel action seat for small children's use, along with central heated radiator.

The fully equipped kitchen/diner has a gas cooker, fridge freezer, double drawer air fryer, a microwave, kettle, toaster and all the accessories you'll need for a self-catering holiday at Coral Beach, along with a dining table and chairs.

The comfortable lounge has a 3 seater/2 seater suite, with under window seating, a 50” Smart TV with standalone DVD player and a selection of DVDs. There’s also numerous board games for everyone to play and enjoy if the weather isn't right. The lounge also incorporates gas fire with 2 double central heated radiators, storage cupboards, a coffee table and door to outside.

There is also a door into the hallway, with boiler/storage cupboard along with cleaning accessories, rotary washing line and coat/shoe storage.

Outside we have a large south facing suntrap, composite decking with lockable key operated gate for security, if required. A table with parasol and 4 chairs are provided, along with 2 lounging chairs with fullback, removeable cushions for comfort. The decking also has privacy screening fitted.

There is easy parking for vehicles available alongside the caravan.

All pillows, duvets and mattress protectors are provided. However, you must bring your own duvet covers, pillow cases, sheets and towels. Alternatively, bed linen can be provided at an additional cost (NOT towels) – please ask for more information.

If bringing your own bed linen, you will require one king size duvet set, one double duvet set and two single duvet sets.

For your reference, included in the rental of our caravan are the following items, to help with your stay: 3 toilet rolls, washing-up liquid, anti-bacterial wipes, tea towels and hand wash/ soap dispensers.



Bookings & Conditions

If booking our caravan, you agree to the following conditions:

Caravan check in time 3pm. Caravan check out time 11am.

Maximum occupancy is 6 people, plus a maximum 2 pets (dogs are permitted with the exception of any breed listed on the dangerous dog act).
Pets are not allowed to be left alone and unattended in the caravan, no exceptions. Sorry...

Groups of single sex parties are not permitted (park rules)

Couples and families only, with well-behaved permitted pets.

A £50 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure your holiday. The final balance must be paid 2 weeks before your holiday commences or in FULL if the holiday start date is less than 2 weeks or the caravan may be re-advertised or re-let and your deposit will be lost and holiday cancelled.

WITH FINAL PAYMENT - an additional £50 deposit will be required on top of the over-all holiday price. This will then be retained as the security bond and will be refunded after your holiday, within 7 working days. This is on condition that the caravan has been left clean and tidy with no breakages or damage.

PLEASE NOTE - The caravan is cleaned and inspected by myself before and after every new guest/occupant.

ON YOUR LEAVING DATE - remove ALL rubbish and place in the rubbish bin outside the caravan at the front, for site collection and return your key to the key safe and jumble the numbers up (Thank You..!)
