Caravan Description
Our 38x12, Willerby Aspen holiday home for rent on Coastfields Holiday Village, is fully central heated and double glazed throughout.
It has a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and 50/50 fridge freezer, along with a slow cooker, microwave, kettle, iron etc. There is also a dining table and chairs.
The lounge has an L shaped sofa ( with pull-out double bed), 2 chairs (one reclining), a 48” TV and DVD player, along with books, games and DVDs to keep the children entertained.
The three bedrooms comprise one master double and two twin bedded rooms, all of which have a Freeview TV and black out curtains.
The caravan has s shower room with wash basin, and a separate toilet with wash basin.
Outside we have a large gated veranda
we also require a £100 non refundable deposit to secure dates it will be deducted from holiday price.
£75 refundable damages bond also required which will be refunded if caravan is left has found up to 7 days after your stay, balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival date inc damages bond

About the Area
Coastfields Holiday Village offers many facilities on site, including a heated pool, Jacuzzi, entertainment, show bar, pub, Chinese takeaway, a chippy, play park, small amusement arcade, mini supermarket, launderette, Starbucks, free wi-fi in the Aqua lounge and also a free land train to Fantasy Island.The beach is less than a 5 minute walk from caravan, where there is also a beach bar, karaoke, mini golf and bouncy castles.
There are lots of food outlets, bars and entertainment within walking distance too - Fantasy Island and a large market are around a 10 minute walk from the caravan .
Other things to do in area include a local farm, Sea Life Centre etc., as well as Skegness and Butlins, which are a short drive or bus ride away.
