Caravan Description

Top of the range, modern, three bedroom caravan on the Coastfields holiday park;.

It is located in a great edge of the site position, within a two minute walk of the on-site family club, children’s park and indoor swimming pool.

The caravan has central heating and is double glazed, so even in the cooler months your caravan will always be comfortable.

The comfortable lounge area has plenty of seating, with French doors leading out to the veranda. There is a large flat screen TV with free-view and built-in DVD player. We also have a PS2 games console with a selection of games.

The kitchen area has plenty of cupboard space with a large fitted fridge freezer and the extractor hood means that no cooking smells linger or spread to the rest of the caravan.

It is well equipped with electric kettle, toaster, crockery, glasses, cutlery, pans, bowls etc. The microwave oven, and fitted hob and gas oven provide for the rest of your cooking needs.

The living areas are open plan with a door between the living and bedroom areas. This means that the bedrooms can to be kept quiet in the evening while the adults watch TV.

The caravan has three bedrooms:

Bedroom one extends the full 12ft width of the caravan giving you lots of room to move around. It has a double bed with cupboards over, a good size double wardrobe and a single wardrobe with fitted shelves. There is also a dressing table and stool. Leading off from here is the en-suite providing a second toilet and wash basin.

Bedrooms two and three each have two single beds, a wardrobe, drawers and over-bed storage. The single beds in these rooms can be pushed together to make another double bed.


Good quality duvets and pillows are provided. You are welcome to bring your own bed linen, although we care happy to provide this for you for a small additional cost of £15 per double and £10 per single bed.

The caravan has a good size bathroom fitted with a double shower with folding glass shower screen. The cupboard and shelves provide more than enough storage for toiletries.

The caravan is located on what we think is one of the best pitches on the Coastfields site. It has a large 28ft x 10ft veranda which extends down the side of the caravan and wraps around the front. There is lots of space for eating outside, using the BBQ or just relaxing on the lounger at the front of the caravan.

The caravan is on the edge of the site, directly off of a quiet side road with hard standing for parking the car. And beside that is a large grassy area ideal for paddling pools or picnics. Behind the caravan is a storage box, which is very useful for storing your bulky items such as suitcases, prams and beach essentials.

Bookings

A £50 deposit secures your booking, with the balance payable six weeks prior to your holiday.

We also ask for a £50 refundable security bond in case of breakages, lost keys etc. This will, of course, be returned when the caravan has been vacated in a clean condition with no damages.

You do not need Coastfield passes to stay in the caravan - only if you want to use the sites swimming pool and club. Passes are not included in the caravan hire price but are available at an additional cost of £80 per week per caravan. This covers everyone staying in the caravan - up to eight people.

We have tried to provide everything that you could need for a comfortable holiday so that all you need to bring are towels, tea towels and bed linen, but if you don't want to bring your own bedding we can make up your beds using our own bed linen for an additional charge of £15 per double bed and £10 per single bed. We can also provide towel packs, travel cots, bed guards and high chairs if required. Please ask about this when booking the caravan.
