Caravan Description

The caravan is a modern 6 berth caravan, carpeted throughout, with the exception of a tiled kitchen floor and laminate flooring in the hallway. It is situated on Coastfields Holiday Village on the east coast in Ingoldmells near Skegness.

The caravan comprises of:

A large main bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom, dressing table and stool, two double wardrobes, a floor to ceiling shelving cupboard, five over head cupboards, two bedside table cupboards and a further two wall cupboards providing ample storage space.

A second bedroom has twin single beds, a bedside table, cupboard, four overhead cupboards, a wardrobe and a small dressing table with a wall mirror.

Duvets are provided for all beds, and covers will need to be brought with you. There is a selection of single,double and king duvets provided. There are plenty of clothes hangers, and a hair dryer is also provided. A CD/radio is located in the main bedroom.

As well as the en-suite to the main bedroom there is a further spacious bathroom with toilet, sink, bath and overhead shower.

A spacious living room with numerous cupboards, a TV, DVD player, CD player, video, (along with a selection of DVDs, CDs and videos). There is also a three seater sofa, which doubles as a sofa bed, and a further two seater sofa and an arm chair.

A separate dining area with a dining table and four chairs.

A fully furnished, fitted kitchen with ample cupboard space, a gas cooker, hob and grill, two fridges, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, slow cooker etc. An iron, ironing board, clothes airer along with an outdoor rotary airer and pegs are also provided.

Piped gas, electricity and water is included in the booking price.

Heating is by a gas fire in the main living room and by wall mounted electric heaters in the two bathrooms and two bedrooms.

A tarmaced car parking space directly outside the caravan means that you can park your car directly outside without having to traipse across muddy grass.

Also outside is a pleasant lawned seating area with benches, table and potted plants for those lazy, warm summer evenings. You may also have the use of our deck chairs, windbreaks, pop-up tents, children’s toys and inflatables etc.

Bookings & Conditions

There will be a £50 non-refundable deposit for each week booked. The balance will be payable 4 weeks before the start date of your holiday.

If the balance is not received by four weeks prior to the start of your holiday, then we will re-advertise the caravan and you will unfortunately lose the booking.

We accept bookings from couples and families.

Any pets are allowed, but please note that only small dogs are allowed and no dog must be left unattended in the caravan during hot weather, or in any situation where it can cause damage to either itself or to the caravan. Any damage caused by pets must be paid for in full.

We unfortunately now require a returnable bond of £50 (or £100 if dogs/children present) in all cases.

I will NOT provide bed linen and covers but duvets (single, double and king) and pillows are provided.

Our price includes all gas and electric, plus passes where this is agreed.

Dogs will be charged at an additional price of £30 per pet.
