Your home from home by the sea — Coastfields Holiday Village

Enjoy beach days, family adventures and time to unwind in our welcoming three-bedroom caravan at Coastfields Holiday Village, Ingoldmells.

Sleeping up to six guests, our caravan is situated on Neptune Bank, approximately 100 yards from the beach and a 10-minute walk from Fantasy Island. With Skegness around 10 minutes away by car or bus, it’s a lovely base for making seaside memories.

Your beds will be made up ready for your arrival, with bed linen included — simply unpack, put the kettle on and let your holiday begin.

Relax and make yourself at home

We’ve revamped the living and dining area to create a more open, welcoming space where you can spend time together. Enjoy meals around the dining table or settle down in front of the large Smart TV after a day out.

Unlimited private Wi-Fi is included, and all three bedrooms have their own Smart TV.

There’s one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, each with two single beds. A shower room with a toilet and washbasin, plus a separate second toilet and washbasin, helps make busy family mornings a little easier.

Home comforts for an easy stay

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals, including a gas oven and hob, microwave, full-size fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and toastie maker.

You’ll also have your own washing machine, free to use throughout your stay — handy after sandy beach days and especially useful when travelling with children.

Other useful extras include:

• An electric fire and electric heaters
• A travel cot, bed guard and baby feeding chair
• Clothes airers, an iron and ironing board
• A vacuum cleaner

Enjoy your own outdoor space

Step outside onto your private decking, complete with seating and a lockable gate — a lovely spot for a morning coffee or a quiet moment after a busy day.

We’re also extending the decking ready for March 2027, giving you even more outdoor space to enjoy. Please see the advert photos for details.

A private tarmac parking space sits right beside the caravan, making arrival and unloading straightforward.

Full weeks and short breaks are available, subject to availability. Send us your preferred dates and we’ll be happy to check them for you.

Booking your holiday

A £50 booking deposit secures your dates. You can then pay the remaining balance in instalments of any amount, as long as payment is completed at least 28 days before your holiday begins. You’re also welcome to pay in full when booking.

Receipts are provided for every payment.

An additional £50 security bond applies to each booking. This is refunded provided there are no breakages and the keys are returned.

Coastfields passes

Prices shown are for caravan hire only. Passes for Coastfields facilities are not included.

Pass prices for 2026–2027 are:

• £50 for a short break: Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday
• £80 for a full week — please ask about your dates

Please let us know when booking if you require passes, and we’ll add the cost to your booking total.

Arrival and departure

Once your holiday is paid in full, your keys will be posted by recorded delivery to your home address one week before your stay.

Check-in is from 2pm. If the caravan is ready earlier, we’ll let you know.

Please check out by 9.30am on departure day so our cleaner can prepare for the next guests. Simply leave the keys in the decking lockbox using the code we provide.

Booking information

To arrange your booking, we’ll need the names and ages of all guests, your full home address and postcode, email address, mobile number and car registration.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the caravan. Electric vehicle charging is not permitted at the caravan - The nearest charging point is at the launderette close to the entrance of Coastfields. We do not accept pets or single-sex parties.

Terms & Conditions

STRICTLY - NO SMOKING , NO VAPING , NO SINGLE SEX PARTIES and NO PETS allowed inside the caravan.

We will need the names and ages of all adults and children going on holiday
We will need your full home address including postcode "so we can post the keys to you direct and verify your address" Must be your home address.
A £50.00 deposit will secure your holiday, the remaining balance can be paid in any amounts at any time as long as the full balance is paid 28 days before your holiday starts. PLEASE NOTE we always send a receipt for any payments made.

Check in time on the day of arrival is 2pm. We will let you know if the caravan is available sooner.

The caravan must be vacated by 9.30am on your departure day so the cleaner can get it ready for the next customers.

On leaving the caravan after your holiday, you can leave the keys in the lock box on the balcony "code will be sent to you" and our cleaner will collect them.
