Double glazed, 35ft x 12ft Atlas Florida holiday caravan to let on Butlin’s Resort in Skegness, offering all you could need for your next Butlin’s self-catering holiday break.

Passes will be included in the total cost of your break- please contact me to confirm availability and final price . I will need to know how many nights you wish to stay and how many adults/children (2-14 years) are in your group.

Our 3 bedroom, 35ft x 12ft Atlas Florida holiday caravan on Butlin’s Resort in Skegness, can sleep up to 8 guests in one double bedroom, two twin bedded rooms and on the double pull-out sofa in the lounge.

The master bedroom consists of double bed, double wardrobe, bedside cabinets, dressing table with mirror, overhead shelving, a panel heater and a flat screen TV with Freeview fitted.

Bedroom 2 is fitted with 2 single beds, with a large cupboard, panel heater, overhead cupboards and shelving.

Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds, a single wardrobe, cupboard/drawer until and mirror, overhead cupboard and shelves, plus a panel heater.
The very spacious lounge is fully carpeted, giving a modern airy feel, and provides plenty of seating for all the family. There is also a large flat screen TV with built-in Freeview and a DVD player. The lounge incorporates the dining area too, which has wraparound seating for all the family meals.

The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may require for your Butlin’s self-catering holiday break, including a microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, pots, pans and all cutlery and crockery etc.

Wi-Fi is also included!
The bathroom contains a toilet, sink, cabinet and a full size shower. There is also a separate toilet with hand basin; ideal if you have kids or just a full house.

Bookings & Conditions

This a NON SMOKING caravan.

Pets are NOT allowed.

BBQs are NOT allowed.

For your safety, the caravan is fitted with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher and fire blanket.

Prices start from £250 up to £780 per break - this DOES NOT include the passes.

The passes are purchased with the booking of the caravan and will allow you full access to all of the Butlin’s facilities, including Splash world, the newly upgraded fair (after Easter) and all entertainment (subject to availability).

Live music weekends are £130 per person per break and this DOES include the passes.

Location

Butlin’s Resort in Ingoldmells, Skegness is within easy walking distance of Fantasy Island and all its rides and attractions, as well as all the huge markets.

There is so much to do here on Butlin’s Resort. The Sky Pavilion is at the centre of the attractions, as is all the amusements. There are shows for the little ones plus bars, restaurants, tenpin bowling and Sky TV for all the football etc.

Just outside the Pavilion you will find the free funfair, outdoor activities, go karts, an outdoor play area, trampolines, amusements, adventure golf, discovery centre, hire shop etc. There is also laser quest, a shop and so much more.
In addition, there’s the Skyline Gang and lots of characters to keep your little ones happy throughout the day, plus plenty of shows and music acts in Reds, Centre stage or Studio 36 for all the family. See celebrities from the X Factor such as Fleur East or watch shows like Dick ‘n Dom, Steven Mulhern etc., or just simply relax in the bars in the Skyline Pavilion.

There is entertainment galore for all age groups, all the time at Butlin’s…. and of course, there's the amazing Spash World!
