Caravan Description
A real home from home, 3 bedroom family caravan to let on Butlin’s Resort in Skegness.
Our family caravan is comprised of:
Lounge
The large spacious lounge has plenty of room for all the family and incorporates a dining area for those family meals. There is a gas fire, large flat screen, smart TV with DVD player and a selection of DVDs, plus a selection of board games.
Kitchen
Complete with gas hob and oven; full sized fridge freezer; microwave oven; kettle and toaster; Tassimo style drinks machine (need to bring your own t pods); a toastie machine; crockery and cutlery; all the essential kitchen utensils; a clothes airer and vacuum cleaner.
Sleeping Accommodation
One master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobe, TV/DVD player with Freeview, plus two twin bedrooms, each with wardrobe storage.
There is also a pull-out double bed in the lounge area.
Wash Facilities
The main bathroom has an electric shower, wash basin and toilet. There is also a second toilet with hand basin – very useful with a large family
Additional Information
Duvets and pillows are provided, along with bed linen - these will be on the bed but not made up ready.
Towels, tea towels etc. are provided.
A carbon monoxide alarm, smoke alarm and fire extinguisher have been installed in the caravan for your added peace of mind and safety.
Bookings & Conditions
Upon booking, a £50 deposit is required. This will be deducted from your outstanding balance.
A £50 bond is also required, which will be returned once the caravan has been inspected and found to be in a clean and tidy condition with no loss, damages and/or breakages or the need for an excessive clean.
The caravan is cleaned thoroughly between visits.
We do not allow smoking in the caravan.

Butlin’s Resort Skegness has loads of facilities, including clubs, entertainment, swimming, crazy golf, tennis, amusements etc.
Should you wish to explore the area, Fantasy Island is also close by. There’s also wildlife parks, seal watching and the SeaLife aquariums to name but a few. There are a good few car boots too, along with loads of takeaways, restaurants and fish and chips - as would be expected in such a thriving seaside town.
