Caravan Description
I have an 8 berth caravan to let out on Butlin’s Resort in Skegness, benefiting from double glazing, central heating, Side and Front decking with safety gate, Patio furniture and lighting on both. Wifi throughout the caravan and Smart TV in living room.
The caravan has three bedrooms; two bedrooms with two single beds in each and one bedroom with a double bed with en-suite toilet and sink. There is also a pull-out bed in the lounge area. There is also a family bathroom.the patio windows and side windows have been tinted.
Parking by the caravan accommodates two cars and there is further parking opposite the caravan if required. and a grassed area for children to play on.
Butlin’s Resort
All bookings will include Full Resort access with your wristband.

There is an £100 refundable deposit to be paid for family breaks.(Adult weekends deposit £100 refundable). Once paid this then secures your booking. This will be refunded after your break once the caravan is checked for damage etc.
Passes will permit access to the main resort and will include – Splash Water world, Fairground & Little Stars Fairground, Skyline Entertainment, and the Pig & Whistle. Access will also be permitted to the show venues, Center Stage, Studio 36, and Reds.
We can't accept any responsibility for any queuing , entertainment or facilities that maybe restricted or venues that are full during your stay at Butlin's and also for any changes Butlins make to entertainment program.
Full payment for your holiday is required at least 28 days prior to you attending.So thaTthat we can book you onto site and organise your wristbands,
And also a confirmation Email from Butlins so you can gain entry.
We do take payment in installments if this is easier for you.

Early check in can be purchased from 1400hrs for £25 (instead of 1600hrs remember you are allowed on main resort from 1300hrs)

Butlin’s Resortall bookings will include full Resort access
Ingoldmells market and Fantasy Island are both within walking distance, so is access to the beach through the main resort. Skegness is a short drive/bus away with lots of bars, restaurants, a fair, arcades the seal sanctuary and much more.There is also Stock Car racing nearby. Also car boot sales on various days.
Local takeaways do deliver to the main gate for easy collection. Menus are in the trinket box.
