Caravan Description

Our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2017 ABI TRIESTE is fully double glazed and has gas central heating throughout.
12 x 8 veranda & large grassed area to the side.

Located on the extremely popular Butlin's Resort in Skegness, our caravan is conveniently situated on the front part of Sandhills.

With nothing backing onto the caravan it makes it a nice private spot.

Just a few minutes walk to the main resort.

The caravan has a spacious, fully equipped kitchen complete with microwave, integrated fridge freezer and an open plan dining area.

The lounge hosts a Freeview TV, DVD player with DVDs, a Wii console with games, along with board games to enjoy with your family should you wish to take a break from all the Butlin's fun.

The large bathroom has a shower, hand basin and toilet. There is also a second toilet with hand basin.

The three bedrooms comprise of 1 double and 2 twin bedded rooms. There's also a small double pull-out bed in the lounge which is situated under the sofa opposite the entrance door and the bedding can be found to the right of that.

Parking is available at the front of the caravan.

We provide an iron, ironing board, hoover and hairdryer for your convenience.

Duvets, pillows and mattress protectors are provided, bed linen is not. However, we can arrange this for you at a cost of £35 and the beds are made up ready for your arrival.

The hire price includes 2 adult and 2 child passes. Unlimited WiFi and all utility bills.

Extra passes can be purchased.

child passes are 2 - 15 years and adult passes are 15 years and over.

Swimming and reds is now back to free flow as it was before the pandemic. One queue for everyone.

Centre stage and studio 36 have 2 queues.

One is the booked queue for main resort guests who can book using the online app, the other is the non booked queue for caravan guests.

The booked queue are only given a short time to arrive before letting the non booked queue go in.

There is a play park currently being built on the caravan side, then of course the new sky park over on the main resort.
The pig and whistle on the caravan side has a live entertainment stage, bar, lounge area, sky sports, pool tables and dart boards.

Period before arrival within which notice of cancellation is received -
56 days or more - deposit will be lost.
55 - 42 days - 25% will be lost, plus deposit.
41 - 28 days - 50% will be lost, plus deposit.
27 - 14 days - 75% will be lost, plus deposit.
Less than 14 days - 100% will be lost, plus deposit.


Deposit will not be returned for any of the following -

If guests cancel or do not pay the full balance by the date notified.

If the no smoking, vaping or pets policy is ignored resulting in a deep clean and/or carpet clean
being needed due to the no smoking, vaping or pets policy being ignored.

If there is any damage to the caravan or any of the contents are missing (Playstation 2 games, DVDs etc.).

We will not be held responsible for any loss/damage to property or any accident/injury to persons whilst on site or staying in one of our caravans and advise you to take out travel insurance for this reason

WE HAVE GOOD QUALITY, TERRYS WATERPROOF MATTRESS PROTECTORS ON ALL OUR BEDS.
THE COST TO REPLACE THEM WILL COME OUT OF THE DEPOSIT SHOULD THEY GO MISSING OR GET TORN.
