Latest Info for private caravan guests (02/04/24)
Please see the below changes which will start from Friday 5th April –

Circus - Private guests will be able to access the circus via the booked queue with no booking. We are confident that we now have plenty of spaces, however should the circus reach capacity you may be asked to go back at a different time.

Splash - To avoid any disappointment and being turned away from Splash, we will now operate bookable sessions for Splash for private guests. From Friday 5th April guests will need to call or pop into Owner Services to book a swimming session, this will ensure we can manage the capacity within the pool.

Bookings will need to be made on the day for the session which you wish to attend.

Soft Play - Guests will just need to book a session on arrival at a booking point.

Entertainment venues - Guests will continue to join the non booked queue to access the venue. Reds is a free flow venue.

We also wanted to confirm that the ice rink will be on resort until the 18th April. The Roller Rink will then be available from the 22nd April and continue to be a free flow activity.

(It is anticipated that July will be the earliest time the pool will return to normal capacity)

Our Cosalt Capri Super is perfectly situated, on the popular and sought after area of 'Parkside', plot 60. (formerly known as paddocks 14). Just a few mins walk to the main resort.

It is a 3 bedroom, double glazed, gas central heated caravan with a 21ft veranda and table and chairs. Parking space at the side of the caravan.

It has one double and two twin bedrooms with ample cupboard and wardrobe space in each.

The shower room and toilet are separate.

There is a good size fully equipped kitchen, which has a full size undercounter fridge and full size undercounter freezer, dining table and chairs to the side of the kitchen.

Our Cosalt Capri Super is the newer caravan of the two and benefits from a modern, open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge.


RIMINI
---------

Our Cosalt Rimini is also located on the popular and sought after area of 'Paddocks', plot 38.
Again it is a 3 bedroom caravan with a 24ft veranda. Rattan furniture and a
table and chairs outside.
Parking space at the side of the caravan.

This caravan has one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms with wardrobes in all three rooms. it has a small double pull-out bed in the lounge. bathroom with shower.

A fully equipped kitchen with undercounter fridge. wrap around seating and dining table to the side of it.

spacious lounge with flatscreen smart Freeview TV.
Both of the twin bedrooms have a wall mounted TV with built in DVD player.

Our Cosalt Rimini Super is a little older than our Cosalt Capri, but this caravan has a very warm, homely feel about it.
It has been recently reupholstered in the lounge and dining area and new curtains fitted throughout the caravan.

It has a 23ft decking with rattan table and chairs and rattan corner seating. *****************************************************************************

There are so many things to do in and around Skegness. The beach is approximately a 10 minute walk, with karaoke at the Beachcomber, a burger bar, chip shop, arcade and beautiful stretch of beach.

You have Fantasy Island approximately a 20 minute walk. Fantasy Island has a large market and many rides for old and young alike, paying for rides as you go or purchasing a wristband to ride as much as you like. Also access to the beach with bars, crazy golf, arcades, donkey rides and more.

If you fancy venturing a short drive, you have Kartworld, approx. 20 minute drive with fast petrol go-karts.

There's also Lincolnshire wildlife park, which is a great day out. a variety of animals and walk in Bird Averie.

Radcliffe Donkey Sanctuary where you will find rare breeds of donkeys, free entry and a free car park (donations gratefully received).

Skegness Stadium for those that enjoy banger racing. Twice a year they hold a caravan demolition derby which is great fun to watch.

All this and much more, including Skegness itself, with a pier, arcades, fair, donkey rides, seal sanctuary, aquarium and crazy

We require a security deposit of £75 when booking
(£100 when booking an adult weekend), which will be returned after your holiday upon confirmation of no damage/loss to the caravan or its contents.
PLEASE NOTE, THE DEPOSIT DOES NOT COME OFF OF THE HOLIDAY AMOUNT,. IT BECOMES YOUR BOND.

Period before arrival within which notice of cancellation is received -
56 days or more - deposit will be lost.
55 - 42 days - 25% will be lost, plus deposit.
41 - 28 days - 50% will be lost, plus deposit.
27 - 14 days - 75% will be lost, plus deposit.
Less than 14 days - 100% will be lost, plus deposit.

We can now take card payments over the phone.
(Please note, there will be a 3% fee for this service)

Deposit will not be returned for any of the following -

if guests cancel or do not pay the full balance by the date notified,
if the no smoking policy is ignored
if a deep clean and/or carpet clean is needed
if there is any damage to the caravan or any of the contents are missing (Playstation 2 games, DVD's etc.).

We will not be held responsible for any loss/damage to property or any accident/injury to persons whilst on site or staying in one of our caravans and advise you to take out travel insurance for this reason

WE HAVE GOOD QUALITY, TERRYS WATERPROOF MATTRESS PROTECTORS ON ALL OUR BEDS.
THE COST TO REPLACE THEM WILL COME OUT OF THE DEPOSIT SHOULD THEY GO MISSING OR GET TORN.

Payment is due in full 8 weeks before your holiday.

We can also now take card payments over the phone.

Bed linen can be hired from us at a cost of £40 for a 3 bed, £45 on a 4 bed and the beds will be made up ready for your arrival.
towels are not provided, but can be hired from Butlins directly.
