Caravan Description

Our caravan is a 2015 Swift Bordeaux, and has 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin rooms) plus a pull-out double bed in the living room. Normal maximum occupancy is six people; PLEASE NOTE - for bookings of either 7 or 8 people, there will be an additional charge of £100 over the advertised price (plus Butlins passes - see below). There is a fitted shower room with WC, and the master bedroom has an en-suite toilet and wash basin.

The caravan features gas central heating and double glazing. The lounge has a free standing two piece suite, together with a gas fire and a TV with built in Freeview, plus a Bluetooth sound system with built-in speakers. There is a dining area with table and chairs. Patio doors in the lounge open onto a decking area - perfect for those warm summer evenings! WiFi is available for a small extra charge.

The fully equipped kitchen has a double door integrated fridge freezer, glass fronted oven and grill, and microwave, together with kettle, toaster, all cooking utensils and crockery. We have also included an iron, ironing board and hoover for your convenience.

Pillows and duvets are supplied, but please bring your own bed linen. We supply tea towels, but ask visitors to bring personal towels.

All gas and electricity charges are included in the advertised prices.

We would require £50 to secure your booking and the remainder of the balance would be due 4 weeks prior to the start date of your holiday.

When paying the balance, we also ask for a deposit of £50 which will be refunded following your stay providing no damage has occurred.

Butlins Passes for 2026;

Caravan visitors will be required to purchase Butlins passes (i.e. no option to opt out). Passes will give access to the main resort, including Splash Waterworld, Fairground & Little Stars Fairground, Skyline Entertainment & the Pig & Whistle. Access will also be permitted to the show venues Centre Stage, Studio 36 and Reds, depending on availability. Access to the show venues will be permitted once booked guests and owners are seated.

Pass prices are as follows; Schools Out 5-7 nights; Adult £52, Child £31. Schools Out 1 - 4 nights; Adult £42, Child £26. Off Peak 5 - 7 nights; Adult £28, Child £16. Off Peak 1 - 4 nights; Adult £24, Child £13. Child passes are required for ages 2 -14 (under 2s are free, age 15 or over requires adult pass.)

Live Music Weekend (age 18+ only); Prices are for the caravan only. For up to four people, the price per wristband is £40. PLEASE NOTE; Maximum occupancy for Adult Music Weekends is 6 people. If there are more than 4 people, the charge for the 5th and 6th person will be £90 per person, including their wristband.

All passes will be booked through caravan owners (i.e. cost added to basic caravan cost, and owner pays Butlins for the visitors' passes).
