Caravan Description
We have two caravans for hire on Sandhills. Our Villa Roma and Arizona Super caravans are fully heated and situated in a quiet location.
They are well looked after by ourseleves personally and we take great pride in their appearance.
Outside each caravan is a hard standing for your car and extra parking if required. Both caravans also have an outside table and chairs.
Villa Roma
Our Villa Roma caravan is fully heated and was totally refurbished inside to high and modern standard in 2010.
The newly fitted kitchen has ample cupboard space and is fully equipped with all essential items; cooker, fridge, microwave, slow cooker, toaster etc. You will also find an iron and ironing board for your convenience.

About the Area
The lounge area has two sofas, one with a pull out bed, modern built-in cupboards, wall mounted electric remote control fire and a plasma TV with built-in DVD player and Freeview.The master bedroom has been newly fitted with wardrobes, bedside cabinets, dressing table and headboard, which has two fitted overhead lights. There is also an en-suite toilet with wash hand basin.
The second bedroom has two single beds with bedside table, a combination wardrobe, over bed cupboards and shelf with built in lights and a dressing table.
The third bedroom has two single beds, bedside cabinet and wardrobe.
There is a separate main toilet with wash hand basin, and a saperate shower room with heated towel rail.
The Arizona
The Arizona has been modernised for the 2013 season internally and externally a larger decking.
The lounge has been re-designed and decorated, having new seating arrangement (newly upholstered) new carpets, curtain poles and curtains. There is now a wall mounted flat screen television above the fire.
The dining area is now enclosed with a raised floor, handrail, new dining table and chairs with matching upholstrey.
All the bedrooms have been redecorated having new carpets, curtain poles and curtains.
The main bedroom has a double bed, dressing table and double wardrobe also there is now a television
The second bedroom has two single beds that can be put together to make a double if required, bedside table and single wardrobe.
The third bedroom has two single beds, single wardrobe and overhead cupboards and shelving.
On arrival you will find tea, coffee, milk and sugar in both caravans, as well as some concentrated orange juice so you can make yourselves a drink before you unpack.
Linen hire is available at £5 per bed (max £20).
Please Note: Our prices include 4 passes for Butlins entertainment and the swimming pools etc. Further passes can be purchased. Gas and electric is also included.
