Sleeping up to 8 guests, our holiday home is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

To make your stay even more comfortable, additional family-friendly features of the caravan include:

• Storage shed located at the rear of the caravan
• Hairdryer provided

• Additional storage space for suitcases, pushchairs and other belongings

Our caravan is designed with families in mind and includes many of the practical extras needed for a stress-free holiday.

• Bedding available at an additional charge
• Guests must bring their own towels and tea towels
• Baby/toddler travel cot provided, so there's no need to bring your own
• Please note - bedding for the travel cot is not supplied and must be brought by guests

Included in the Price: 2 Adult and 2 Child (under 12) Butlin's passes. Additional passes can be purchased at the time of booking.

Security Bond

A £100 refundable security bond is required with all bookings.

This bond will be returned after your departure once the caravan has been inspected and found to be left in a clean, tidy and undamaged condition.

Please note that if any damage, breakages, excessive cleaning, missing items, or breaches of the caravan rules are identified, some or all of the security bond may be retained to cover the costs incurred.

To ensure all guests enjoy their stay and to help keep the caravan in excellent condition, we kindly ask that the following rules are observed:


Caravan Rules

• Strictly No Smoking or Vaping inside the caravan
• No Pets allowed
• Maximum occupancy of 8 guests at any time
• The caravan must be left clean and tidy, in the same condition as it was found on arrival
• Please dispose of all rubbish before departure
• Please ensure all windows and doors are securely locked when leaving the caravan

Failure to comply with these rules may result in some or all of the £100 security bond being withheld.
