Our ABI Polaris holiday caravan for hire on Butlin’s Resort Skegness, is situated on Sandhills, which is a nice little cul-de-sac.

Caravan Description
Our 3 bedroom caravan at Butlin’s Skegness, has three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe, with a hairdryer and hair straighteners provided for your convenience. The two further bedrooms each have two single beds and a wardrobe.
All bedding and bed linen is included, with beds made up ready for your arrival.
Within the lounge there’s a Smart TV, a gas fire and a large wraparound sofa with pull-out double bed, along with a large table and seating.
The fully equipped kitchen has all you could need for a self-catering holiday, including a gas cooker, microwave, air fryer, full size fridge freezer and all crockery, cutlery and utensils.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin. There’s also a separate toilet with hand basin.
Outside we have a gated PVC veranda with seating. There’s also car parking available alongside the caravan.

A non-refundable £50 deposit is required upon booking. The balance must be received 4 weeks prior to holiday start date.
A £75 refundable security bond will also be required in addition to the rental price. This will be refunded after the caravan has been checked and no loss, damage and/or breakages found, or the need for an excessive clean.

About the Area
WristbandsWristbands are NOT included in our rental price and are sold separately. When booking, please state how many adults and children require passes. Adult is classed as 15+ years. Child is aged 2-14 years.
Wristbands have to be purchased and worn all time to be on-site.

Butlin’s Skegness also hosts special themed breaks and weekends throughout the year. These can range from family-focused events during school holidays to adult-only music weekends and themed experiences outside peak times.
Just outside the resort, Skegness itself has plenty to offer. The town is known for its traditional seaside feel, with a long sandy beach, a busy pier, amusement arcades, and classic attractions. Families often enjoy Skegness Aquarium, the Natureland Seal Sanctuary, and the Pleasure Beach, while Fantasy Island, a larger theme park, is only a short drive away.
For something a bit quieter, there are lovely green spaces like Tower Gardens and the Boating Lake, as well as Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve, which is great for coastal walks and wildlife spotting. Skegness also has well-known landmarks such as the Jolly Fisherman statue and the Jubilee Clock Tower, which are popular photo spots.
Overall, Butlin’s Skegness is a great choice if you want a fun-filled holiday with lots included, plus the bonus of being right next to a classic British seaside town with plenty more to explore.
