Caravan Description

Yvonne's Caravan Butlin's Skegness, is a lovely, clean and modern caravan, complete with a secure 24' x 8' veranda, situated on a larger than average plot. It is located on a side road, but is away from the main drive through.

We provide up to 4 Butlin's Skegness entertainment passes within our rental price. 4 more passes are available to purchase from me if you are a group of up to 8. Infants under 2 do not require an entertainment pass. I will purchase your passes from Butlins 2 weeks before your arrival date.

Butlins require us to take the date of birth, name and address of each member of your party.  Infants under 2 years old do not require an entertainment pass.  Butlins class 15 year olds + as adults.

At the time of booking the lead guest (21 years +) must pay either a deposit or the full balance.

Payment can be in full or instalments providing full payment is received 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.  This can be by BACS direct to our bank account,  I'll provide you with our bank details and an updated statement each time a payment is made.
Or, by Card payment via a secure link on the invoice I will email to you.

A refundable security bond of £150 will be due on top of the cost of your holiday. This is refunded after a full and satisfactory inspection of the caravan. (No damage or missing items and that the caravan is left as clean & tidy as found).

Our spacious holiday home will provide a lovely setting for your Butlin's Skegness holiday, helping you to make memories you'll always treasure.

It is a very comfortable caravan with 3 bedrooms, plus a pull-out double bed in the lounge, so will comfortably sleep up to 8 people.

Central heating, double glazing and an feature electric fire in the lounge, will ensure so you're always cosy, regardless of the British weather.

The open plan living area comprises the lounge, kitchen and dining area. The spacious lounge provides ample seating for all the family and includes a 32" Freeview TV and DVD. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need for your caravan holiday, Including a fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans.

The master bedroom has a double door wardrobe, overhead shelving, 2 bedside cabinets and dresser with mirror, plus a 19" Freeview TV and a phone/tablet charging point. And yes, there is a hairdryer too.

The two twin bedrooms each have two single beds, a single wardrobe, bedside cabinet, mirror and overhead shelving, with a phone/tablet charging point.

Within your price - Duvets and pillows are supplied together with mattress protectors. Bed linen, hand and tea towels are also provided. Beds will also be made prior to your arrival. Please remember to remove the bedding (including the mattress protectors) and leave it on the kitchen floor with the towels on your day of departure.

Bath towels can be provided for an additional cost. No towels are to be taken out of the caravan. You'll need to bring your own towels for swimming / beach use.

The bathroom has a double shower enclosure, sink with vanity unit, separate shelf and a toilet. The second toilet also has a sink and a shelf.

Outside we have a 24' x 8' secure veranda, which is an ideal play area for children. Put your own padlock on the veranda gate to make it extra secure for your tots. Two recliner chairs, upright chairs and a table are available to use on the decking.

There is also a private hard standing for 2 cars next to the caravan.

For your convenience we also included in our family friendly caravan:

. IKEA highchair and potty, children's plates, cups and bowls
. Travel cot (no cot mattress or bedding, please bring your own)
. Vacuum, hairdryer, clothes airer, iron and ironing board

For your safety the caravan is fitted with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher and a fire blanket.

Please note this is a non smoking caravan and pets are not permitted.

This is our family caravan, we hope you love staying in it as much as we do.

Additional Information

It is not possible for guests in private caravans to pre-book shows. Usually, if you stand in the non-booked queue you will still get in.

Free activities and some shows can be booked at guest services when you arrive to pick up your keys.

Paid for activities can be booked online 7 days before your holiday.

You can't book a dining plan, but you can still use all the food venues (or eat off site which is generally cheaper).

Location

Our lovely caravan for hire on Butlin's Skegness, is located on a larger than average plot in a peaceful area, within a 6 minute walk of the main resort. You can take your car and park nearer to the resort entrance if you wish.

Tesco, Asda and Morrisons all deliver food orders to the day visitor car park.

The Lincolnshire Wildlife Park is within a 30 minute drive and is an amazing day out for all ages - highly recommended by my family.
