Caravan Description
The name Emeraude, meaning Emerald, reflects this lovely, comfortable, air-conditioned, self-catering holiday home, which is in excellent condition and situated in a prime location on Siblu’s La Carabasse in the lovely Vias region of France.
Our 40m² Emeraude is located on a superb corner plot within a quiet cul-de-sac, in what is considered to be the finest area of the park. This premier location is purely residential and quiet, yet only a short walk through the park to where the activities are located.
A tarmac drive offers enough space for 2 cars and there is a half-covered terrace, which runs the whole length of the home. Outdoor furniture for dining is provided to enjoy your meals on golden evenings, and a BBQ is available, if you wish.
The interior has a spacious, homely feel. The comfortable living area contains a double bed-settee, two armchairs, a dining table and chairs, plus a fully fitted modern kitchen and breakfast bar. All fittings are in very good condition.
The living area leads into a hallway, housing additional cupboard space. From here you enter a twin bedroom, family bathroom with shower, and a large master bedroom with en-suite WC with wash basin. The spacious master bedroom has patio doors leading directly onto the terrace, for those warm days and evenings.

Siblu’s La Carabasse in the spectavular Vias region of France, with the Mediterranean on one side and mountains in the distance on the other; providing an abundance of places to visit.Everything about a holiday here, whether for adults only or a family, offers whatever you may be looking for. If your pleasure is sunbathing, chilling out and relaxing, or lively entertainment in the evenings, swimming in the glorious pool complex or the beach, which is an easy 15 minute stroll through vineyards - there is something for all tastes and ages.
In high season the children have clubs and something to occupy them all day and evening. The nearest beach has a beach club and water sports available.
Of course, there is always the superb French cuisine and wine to tempt you at the local restaurants too.
La Carabasse has earned Four Star status (the highest available in France) and holds the prestigious title of ‘Hôtellerie de Plaine Aire’ because of its outstanding reputation and amenities, and it does not permit touring vehicles or tents on the park. It offers everything you would expect from a 4 star site and more, and prides itself on its continuous quality of service and highly maintained safe environment.
