Caravan Description

OUR MOBILE HOME

The spacious double bedroom has a large, fitted wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom and shower. The other two bedrooms are twin bedded rooms, each with a wardrobe and shelving. The second bathroom is located near the twin bedrooms, which includes a toilet, shower and wash facilities.

An open lounge and dining area houses the air conditioning unit and electric heater, together with a large L-shaped sofa and indoor dining table and chairs.

The kitchen includes full cooking facilities, including a four-ring gas hob, gas oven, microwave and television. Other appliances found in the kitchen are a kettle, toaster, coffee machine and a freestanding fridge and freezer unit. The kitchen is complemented with lots of storage units, which house the cutlery, crockery, saucepans and other cooking equipment.

Externally, there is a fully covered and spacious decking area, along with a large outdoor dining table and chairs. One car parking space is also available on the plot, along with a small garden area with two sun loungers - perfect for sunbathing. This also doubles as an area for our private clothes line.

Finally, our mobile home includes a washing machine, as well as both British/Irish and French sockets.

Duvets and pillows are supplied. Bed linen and towels also supplied. Bar-b-que also supplied. 6 adult bikes also available.

NO pets and NO smoking allowed.

Departure time from mobile is 10am.

Access to the pool area is by purchasing fun passes from Siblu – these are NOT included in our rental price.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

For all bookings we require a 25% non-refundable booking deposit. The full balance is required 6 weeks before your arrival date.

We will also require a refundable £200 deposit to cover any loss, damages and/or breakages that may occur. You may also be charged up to £100 if cleaning of the mobile is not completed on departure. Once the mobile home has been inspected and we are satisfied with its condition, this deposit will be refunded in full.

Cancellation Charge: Non refundable booking deposit if the holiday booking is cancelled more than 6 weeks before arrival date. Less than 6 weeks before arrival date the full balance of the booking will have to be paid.

LA CARABASSE

La Carabasse is a well maintained, 4* Siblu holiday park with 24hr security on site.

A pool complex that includes three pools surrounded by sun loungers, together with fantastic waterslides; the latest waterslide being a big attraction for all. The pools and slides are supervised by qualified and vigilant lifeguards.

Other on site facilities include:

. 4 children's clubs catering for kids aged 1 to 15 years old
. Playgrounds, tennis courts, boules pitch, football pitch, basketball hoops, table tennis
. Games rooms filled with arcade games

VIAS PLAGE
Vias Plage beach is within walking distance (5 minutes) of the campsite and is accessible through a pedestrian gate on the park itself. Vias Plage, which has been upgraded in recent years, is an idyllic seaside town jam-packed with restaurants catering for both grill and sea food, as well as bars and lots of shops for clothes and souvenirs. There are also two Spar grocery shops in Vias Plage too

VIAS
Vias is a nearby town within 10 minutes cycling from the campsite. It has markets twice weekly (Wednesday and Saturday mornings). It also has two large supermarkets, Aldi and Intermarché.

NEARBY TOWNS
ADGE: Adge has a large Lidl and Hyper U.
BEZIER: Bezier has a large supermarket, Carrefore, as well as a large Decathlon for sporting goods.

We highly recommend the following attractions to enhance your experience at La Carabasse: Europark, Vias Plage Mini Golf, Vias Plage AquaLand, Cap D'Adge Horse Riding, Vias Plage pedal boats and water activities are available on the beach at Vias Plage
