Terms & Conditions

A Non refundable deposit of 30% must be paid on booking. Full payment for your holiday must be received 4 weeks prior to arrival. Two Refundable deposits: Damaged deposit: £500 on arrival by cheque and Cleaning deposit £100 cash to the concierge. Both returned on the day of departure if no damaged done and cleaning done including outdoors equipment !

Once payment received, a contract will be sent with instructions on what to do when you arrive at the village. Please check the details carefully !!

Cancellation charge: 30% (deposit) if you cancel more than 8 weeks before arrival. Less than 8 weeks before arrival the full charge will be required.
