This lovely holiday caravan to let on Haven’s Marton Mere Holiday Village, is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, yet just 3 minutes from the main complex.

Caravan Description
76 Kensington is our double glazed and central heated caravan to let on Marton Mere Holiday Village, set in a quiet cul-de-sac.
There are 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a comfy double bed, TV and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The two further bedrooms each have two single beds and a wardrobe.
The caravan has a separate toilet with wash basin.
Within the fully equipped kitchen you’ll find all you could need for your self-catering holiday at Marton Mere, including a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster, along with all cookware, crockery and cutlery.
The living area has a dining table, comfy seating, electric fire, television, dvd player and lots of family friendly DVDs.
Outside, the decking has solar lighting and garden furniture, and is surrounded with a privacy screen, lockable gate. A small patio area and picnic table. Private parking is alongside of the caravan.
The caravan is fully central heated and double glazed throughout, so nice and comfortable, whatever the weather.
Bed linen is included in our rental price, but please bring your own towels and toiletries. Beds made up on arrival.
Tea and coffee welcome pack available on arrival.
Up to 2 small well behaved pets considered (additional cost).
Prices DO NOT include Haven passes.
A refundable deposit of £50 secures your booking, with full payment to be paid 4 weeks before your arrival date. Instalments can be arranged.
The deposit will be refunded on completion of clean and inspection of the caravan following your departure, as long as everything is found in good order, with no loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for an excessive clean.
