Caravan Description

Our Swift caravan is located at Haven’s Marton Mere Holiday Park which we have owned for almost 2 years now, we do have another caravan on Marton Mere also which we have had since 2021.

The plot number is 75 Kensington, which has its own car parking space right next to caravan.

Our Swift caravan has FREE Wi-Fi and FREE bed linen.



75 Kensington is only a 3 minute short walk from the main complex, which has all your live entertainment, swimming, arcades restaurants etc.



The caravan has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 people. It has a reasonable sized lounge, kitchen and dining area, along with a shower room and toilet.

Complete with double glazing and central heating, this is an ideal caravan even in the winter months.



Our Swift caravan comprises of:



Lounge
The lounge provides a home from home feel, with an electric fire, large sofa which seats all guests, lamp and a 43” 4K Smart TV. 



Kitchen 

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll require for your caravan holiday, including an air fryer, under counter fridge freezer, microwave, 4 ring gas cooker/oven, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery, making this the perfect family holiday home get away.

Dining Area

To the left hand side of the lounge is a large dining area with table and stools, where you can enjoy your family meals together.



Bedrooms
The master bedroom provides that touch of comfort, with a comfortable double mattress, overhead cupboard, a double wardrobe and a smart TV. Each of the twin bedrooms has two single beds, all with a comfortable mattress, overhead cupboards, side wardrobe and a TV.



We provide guests with washing up liquid, hand soap, washing up sponge, 1 x toilet roll, 1 x bin bag and tea towels. Guests will just need to bring their own bath towels and any necessities you may need.



Bookings & Conditions

We offer our guests FREE linen included in the price, saving you anything from £20-£30 on linen hire compared to other private owner charges. This also means that all beds will be made up ready for your arrival, so you can dive straight in, taking away the stress of having to make beds up on arrival.



A £75 deposit is required to secure your date.

We accept weekly and/or monthly instalments too, to make it easier for guests. However, we ask that the balance be cleared 4 weeks prior to arrival. If longer is required, then we are happy to try and help.

A £75 refundable security deposit will also be required, which will be refunded once the caravan has been checked following your stay as long as no loss, damage and/or breakages are found, or the need for an excessive clean.


Our prices DO NOT include Haven fun passes! Passes can either be bought from Haven Reception upon arrival, or purchased online using your booking reference number, which you will receive once the full balance of your stay has been settled. You may then book your activities up to 12 weeks before you go.



You DO NOT need a fun pass to access the restaurant, the arcades, outside play areas or the supermarket.


Please be advised that we are not responsible for anything other than the holiday home you are booking, and registering your arrival and departure with Haven. We cannot guarantee what facilities will be available on site. You are paying for the holiday home only.
