Caravan Description
This luxury caravan at Haven’s Marton Mere Holiday Park is the newest arrival to our small family owned caravan fleet.
We’ve had it moved and is now pitched on 148 Sandringham, which has its own car parking space This plot is also close to our other caravan at Marton Mere (Sandringham 33 – see below) and is only separated by one other caravan and a small fence (see last picture).
Our two caravans at Marton Mere are ideal for two families holidaying together, wanting to be close to each other, but not on top of each other!
We are taking bookings with just £50 deposit to secures your dates. We accept weekly and/or monthly payments too, if that helps.
Sandringham 148 is only a 3-4 minute short walk from the main complex, which has all your live entertainment, swimming, arcades etc.
The caravan has 3 bedrooms, and with use of the pull-out double sofa bed in the lounge, it will comfortably sleep 8 guests.
It has a large lounge/dining area, kitchen and two toilets.
Complete with double glazing and a combi boiler for the central heating, this is an ideal caravan even in the winter months.

Lounge & Dining Area
The lounge provides a home from home feel, with a gas fire, large comfy corner sofa seating area and a large 55” Freeview TV with surround sound built-in roof speakers.
To the left hand side of the lounge is a dining area with table and stools, where you can enjoy your family meals together.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you require for your Haven holiday, including a Ninja air fryer, full size integrated fridge freezer, microwave oven, 4 ring gas cooker/oven, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery, making this the perfect family holiday home get away.
Bedrooms
The master bedroom again provides that touch of comfort, with a double bed with mattress protector, tall double wardrobe, bedside lights and a Freeview TV.
Both of the twin bedrooms have two single beds (all with a mattress protectors), a bedside wardrobe and a Smart TV with access to Netflix, YouTube etc.
Bookings
We now offer guests FREE linen included in the price you see, saving you anything from £20-£30 on linen hire compared to other private owner charges. This also means that all beds will be made up ready for your arrival, so you can dive straight in, taking away the stress of having to make the up on arrival.
Guests will just need to bring their own bath towels, bath mat and tea towels.
Our prices DO NOT include passes! Passes can either be bought from Haven Reception upon arrival, or purchased online using our owner reference number, which you will receive once the full balance of your stay has been settled. You may then book your activities up to 12 weeks before you go.
Sorry, NO pets and NO smoking allowed.
