Family friendly holiday let set in the heart of the Kent countryside on the Isle of Sheppey. Our beautiful caravan is located on Warden Springs Caravan Park, which boasts a beautiful countryside location and spectacular sea views.

The caravan sleeps
FOUR PEOPLE Comfortably. Please note this is a 2 Bedroom Caravan. The main bedroom has a kingsize bed (sleeps 2) with fitted wardrobes, overhead storage and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom sleeps 2, this room has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobe. PLUS A SMALL SOFA BED FOR ONE ADULT 0R 2 CHILDREN IN THE LOUNGE AREA.

In the living room we have a brand new 55" Flat screen TV with Freeview, radio, CD player, cosy fire place, 5 seater sofa and 2 armchairs. Full central heating and double glazing throughout to keep you warm in those winter months.

There is a dining table that seats up to 4 people plus a fully fitted kitchen with cooker, microwave and all cooking utensils provided. We also have a fridge/freezer and utility cupboard with iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.

Family bathroom has a walk in shower and additional toilet.



Bookings & Conditions

We take a £60 DEPOSIT upon booking to hold the dates. Full Balance paid 4 weeks before holiday starts + £50 -£100 Damage deposit paid 1 week before arrival and fully refundable within 5 days after check out.

Check in times are 3pm onwards and check out time 10.00am

We do not except bookings for single sex parties or groups under 21 years of age.



Tea towels and washing up liquid are provided.

Please, can we ask that you bring your own towels. Please dispose of all rubbish and plastic bags into refuse bins on site. Please leave caravan in a clean and tidy condition. We would ask that you abide by the rules of the park and not cause any nuisance or unreasonable behaviour anywhere on site or in the caravan and adhere to Site Rules. Please NO SMOKING at all inside the caravan and please dispose of any cigarette ends outside the caravan safely. Please no pets at all in caravan.

Location

With one of the best views of the Kent coast, Warden Springs Caravan Park is situated in a panoramic location on the Isle of Sheppey. The caravan park is set around peaceful woodlands and is just a stone’s throw from the beach. Beautiful countryside and spectacular sea views which give a real sense of space, peace and tranquillity.

On site facilities include an outdoor heated swimming pool, open from May to September, children’s play area, multi sports court and large football field. The clubhouse boasts a games room with arcade, entertainment for all the family (including bingo), homemade food, drinks, and a small convenience kiosk selling sweets and toys. There's a small shop on site selling everyday essentials etc.,

PASSES ARE NEEDED TO USE ALL FACILITIES ON SITE WHICH CAN BE BROUGHT FOR DAILY USE OR WEEKLY USE FROM THE SITE OFFICE.

YOU WILL BE DENIED ENTRY TO ANY SITE FACILITIES IF YOU DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR PASSES.

Stay in our caravan and escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and relax by the sea as often as you choose. Local attractions such as Leysdown seaside village, Sheerness town centre and Eastchurch offers shops for all your daily needs. Warden Bay has fossil discovering, scenic walks to enjoy and explore as well as a safe beach for the children to play only a short walk away.
