Available from 1st March to 2nd January, Church Lodge is set on our own private land in a peaceful, rural setting with far reaching views across the rolling Romney Marsh.
Church Lodge is a static caravan with 3 bedrooms comprising a master bedroom sleeping 2 in a double bed, a second bedroom sleeps 1 in a single bed, and the third bedroom with bunk beds to sleep 2 (suitable only for children due to the length).
There is an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. Within the lounge area is a TV/DVD. The kitchen includes a gas oven/hob, larder fridge and microwave, along with all pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and other utensils.
There is a shower room and toilet.
Central heating is available throughout.
To the outside is a large raised decking area, partially covered with a sail, complete with BBQ and patio furniture. This leads to a large, private enclosed garden.
The caravan also benefits from FREE Wi-Fi and off road parking in the adjacent stable area.
Note: Bookings are a minimum of 7 nights, if you wish to stay for less then you will have to pay the full amount for the 7 nights.
Location
Church Lodge is set within a quiet rural hamlet opposite The Red Lion pub, famous for its real ales and beers (see their website). From this perfect base there is easy access to the historic towns of Rye, Winchelsea, Hastings, Dungeness, Hythe, Dover and Canterbury.
For those wanting to relax on the beach there is Camber Sands, with its petrified forest, or the wide expanse of Dymchurch Sands - both are child friendly with fun fair attractions.
The Aspinall Animal Foundation at Port Lympne or Howletts provides a great family day out, as does the Romney Hythe & Dymchurch steam railway.
At Dungeness and Rye you can enjoy the many species of birds and animals in the nature reserves.
With its wide, open, flat landscape and big skies, the Romney Marsh is ideal for those wanting to enjoy hiking or cycling.
There are castles aplenty to explore too. Or if retail therapy is your chosen relaxation, the Designer Outlet will be a must.
So whether coast or country is your preference, Church Lodge provides the ideal base - the choice is then yours.
