Caravan Description
This holiday home, standing alone in our grounds, has a beautiful view and is for hire for week or short weekend breaks.
It has a living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, one double and one twin, and a toliet/shower room.
The holiday home has outstanding, majestic views, nestling on the top of the North Downs; ideal for hikers and dog walkers.
There is plenty of off road parking and a private, pretty garden surrounds the property. There is also a walkway running alongside the property with great dog walks.
A small charge for linen of £15 if it is wanted.
A small charge for dogs of £15 per week.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
A 40% deposit is required on booking, with the balance due 30 days before check-in date.
50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before the check-in date.
100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.

About the Area
Shops, pubs and restaurants are only 200 yards away and cater for all tastes and palates.Public buses run nearby, and the nearest train link is Folkestone central station, 3 miles away, where you can take the bus to Hawkinge.
We are ideally situated just 5 minutes from the port of Dover and 2 minutes from the Euro Tunnel, enabling easy access to the continent. We are also on the main bus route.
Enjoy a day trip to Calais or view the iconic 'white cliffs' from the English Channel.
Canterbury is only 25 minutes drive and Hythe, with its antique shops and excellent fish and chips, is 15 minutes away.
There are discounted designer ranges at De Bradelei Wharf in Dover or Macarthur Glen in Ashford which also makes for a great day out. Don’t miss Dover Castle, and for hiking and biking head towards Folkestone and the Leas Promenade.
