Caravan Description
Beautiful, spacious, double glazed & central heated caravan for hire on Central Beach Holiday Park at Leysdown-on-Sea on the Isle of Sheppey in Kent, offering good security and private beach access.
The caravan is equipped with everything you will need to make your stay comfortable.
It has modern touches and a very cosy lounge area. Within the fully equipped kitchen you’ll find a cooker, fridge /freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, glasses, plates, pans, cutlery etc., along with a clothes drier and an iron and ironing board.
The two bedrooms are comprised of a master bedroom with king size bed and a twin bedroom with two single beds. There is also a pull-out bed in the in the living room so the caravan will comfortably accommodate 6 guests.
The caravan also benefits from having Wi-Fi.
Please Note: Due to Covid-19, I am unable to supply bedding, but all beds have mattress protectors on them. Please remember to bring your own bedding and towels with you.

I am happy to rent for short breaks, weeks and longer periods - please enquire for prices.
A non-refundable £50 deposit is required via bank transfer to secure your booking. Full balance must be paid 4 weeks before the start date.
A £50 security deposit will also be required to cover any loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for an excessive clean or any problems caused on site.
If there are no problems, you will be refunded once everything has been checked.

Check out time – by 10am
A fob pass will be made available with the caravan key, which will allow you to get in and out of the site. Keys are in the key safe – the number will be provided for confirmed and paid for bookings only.

On-site there is a private beach just 2 minutes away, along with a children play area, outdoor swimming pool, family pub, launderette and car park.
Nearby there are plenty of shops, eating places and lots of entertainment for both adults and children. Sea View is just a few minutes away, or you can drive around and visit other parks nearby.
