Our luxury, Beaumont mini lodge caravan is situated on a beautiful pitch, complete with wrap-around decking.
We offer a personal touch with a Meet and Greet system to our wonderful new guests to hand over the key on their arrival and collect the key on their departure.
Inclusive Ferry Crossings are unavailable.
Parking right next to the caravan, no car parking area, no adjacent parking, hop out the car and into the caravan.
The Beaumont's spacious interior blends elegant design, luxury touches and unique features. It has everything you could possibly need in a holiday home; double glazing, central heating, USB Ports throughout, etc. It is also spacious, and very light and airy, with patio lounge doors that slide open onto the decking area, which comes complete with patio furniture, and an BBQ to use at your leisure.
The fully fitted kitchen has an integrated dishwasher, built-in microwave, large integrated fridge/freezer and an efficient under counter gas oven/grill, together with a counter recessed, 4 point gas hob. It even has its very own pantry - all in a practical open-plan layout. The kitchen area has plenty of cupboards and generous worktop space too.
In the dining area is a decent size dining room table, complete with 4 comfortable, high back chairs.
The lounge area has an extremely comfortable 3 seater sofa and 2 seater sofa, a TV, Sky, DVD player (multiple format), and a portable Bluetooth speaker, along with a beautiful built-in gas heater. The handy sliding patio doors lead out onto the decking area.
The main bedroom features a kind size bed, bedside drawers, a 32" TV, USB ports, a beautiful dressing table area with a high back chair, and plenty of cupboard space in the unique walk-through wardrobe area, which leads through to the en-suite bathroom. This offers a bath, wash basin and toilet, all incorporated in a very spacious layout.
The second bedroom is a twin bedded room with two 3ft single beds, for an extra comfortable night's sleep. It also offers a 24" TV, USB ports, built-in drawers and good size wardrobe, together with a small bedside drawer set.
In addition to the en-suite there is the separate bathroom with shower, toilet, wash basin, plenty of shelf and cupboard space and a shaving socket.
Bookings & Conditions
We require a deposit of 10% to secure the booking. This is NOT REFUNDABLE at short notice cancellation i.e. 4 weeks or less, as bookings are lost.
Full payment is required one week before your arrival date.
A £100 Breakage Deposit is required, which is refundable on condition that there is no loss, damage and/or breakages to the caravan or contents and irremovable stain soiling i.e. beds/carpets (Credit/Debit card details necessary).
We have a strictly NO SMOKING and NO PETS policy. This must be adhered to at all times.
Our no pets allowed policy is due to the animal fur allergies, which some guests may suffer from.
Check In: Guests can only gain access to the caravan at 2pm or later, NOT before. Our cleaners require time to clean and prepare the caravan.
Check Out: Guests must vacate at by 10am on the day of departure, NO later. This is to enable the cleaners to get access to clean before the next guests arrive.
Guests are requested to put the caravan keys back in the Key Box and to scramble the numbers.

Location
Our holiday home to let is situated at the Whitecliff Bay Holiday Park in Bembridge on the Isle of Wight. It is just a few minutes' stroll over the road to the entertainment facilities and Resort’s amenities, as well as the Resort’s private beach.
There are plenty of coastal paths for the enthusiastic hikers, as well as water sports and hand-gliding - enquiries can be made at the Guest Services Office. A shop which is located next to Guest Services.
To use Whitecliff Bay Holiday Resort’s amenities, one needs to get a Pass from the Guest Services for the duration of one's stay, at a nominal price.
The Resort also has its own little tourist shop, located next to the Guest Services. The Nab Bar and also the Culver Club Entertainment Centre have drinks and food available.
There is a Co-op, chemist, restaurants and takeaways nearby in the quaint village of Bembridge.
Sandown is approximately 3 miles away, which has a beautiful sandy beach to offer as well as the Island Zoo and the pier to stroll along with its attractive promenade. There is a Sainsbury's and a Co-op, plus various curio shops to wander through too.
The Island itself has many beautiful attractions to offer, including: The Needles, with cable cars and boat trips; Alum Bay Glass Factory (glass blowing); The Pearl Factory and many more sightseeing offers, plus numerous children orientated attractions around the Island.
Stunning panoramic views can be seen from the Culver Monument, which can be accessed via the Culver Cliffs Road or along a path from the bottom of the Nab Bar lawn. Also, the Culver Haven Inn, which offers a very popular pub/restaurant, to sit your wary bones down after your busy day and have a pint with a meal.
