38’ x 12’ spacious caravan home from home for holiday let at Away Resorts Whitecliff Bay Holiday Park, in superb condition and sited just and a few minutes walk from the beautiful sandy beach of Whitecliff Bay.

Rates are fully inclusive of gas, electricity, water, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels (including pool/beach towels) - there are no extra charges*.

All the facilities that take the hassle out of self-catering are included so that guests turn up with their personal belongings knowing that everything else is taken care of.

The fully equipped kitchen has gas hob, electric cooker, large fridge freezer, microwave, pod coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

The large lounge has a huge, comfortable, wrap-around seating area, electric fireplace, 32" HD Smart TV, DVD player, DAB radio, universal plug sockets and USB charging, along with a separate dining area and lots of glass to let in the Isle of Wight sunshine and to watch the comings and goings on the park plus nearby Bembridge airport.

Separate to the main living space, the hallway accesses the bathroom, which offers a walk-in shower, WC and wash basin; a twin bedroom and junior twin bedroom, both with wardrobe, cupboards and bedside table; and double bedroom complete with cupboards, wardrobe, dressing table, 24" HD Smart TV & DVD and en-suite WC.

All beds are supplied with hypoallergenic duvets and pillows plus bed linen. The lounge offers additional sleeping via a double sofa bed pull-out situated under the right hand end of the seating area.

Outside on the entrance side, a deck with table and chairs is great sun trap for alfresco dining or just sitting to admire the view.

A dedicated hard standing parking space is conveniently situated outside the entrance door.

* Leisure and entertainment passes are available direct from the park and are not included in the hire charge.


Well behaved small dogs are permitted, but they must not venture beyond the main living area inside the property and must stay off the furniture.

Holiday lettings are normally Saturday to Saturday, although we are happy to accommodate different days and short breaks where possible – please enquire with the owners.

A Booking Form together with Terms & Conditions will be sent with confirmation that your requested dates are available; dates will be temporarily held for 48 hours until the completed Booking Form is returned, together with the required non-refundable £100 deposit.

Please note that a loss/damage security bond charge of £50 added to the rental cost, is refunded after your stay when the caravan is checked and everything found to be in order.

About the Area

The Isle of Wight is the largest Island in England, with about 60 miles of coastline, and is a county in its own right (arguably the smallest at not even 150 square miles when the tide is in and the least densely populated with less than 1000 people per square mile) - just over half of the Island is designated as 'Isle of Wight Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty'.

The Island has been a popular holiday destination since Victorian times when it became home to a poet Alfred Lord Tennyson as well as the favourite holiday destination of Queen Victoria who built Osborne House as her summer residence. It is home to the famous Isle of Wight Festival, which was first held in 1968, the world’s first radio station (The Needles Battery), the hovercraft and Britain's first space rockets.

The holiday home at Whitecliff Bay Holiday Park is situated on The Pines, a quiet area of the park, and only a few minutes’ walk from any of the facilities, entertainment, leisure, and private beach which is perfect for swimming, sandcastles, crabbing, rock-pooling and sunbathing. Perfectly located for sedate rambling and adrenaline sports minded alike with ample coastal paths and water sports close at hand. There is easy access (by car or bus from right outside the park) to any part of the Island for a good day out and the many places of interest to suit any age or taste. With direct access to the monument on neighbouring Culver Cliffs there are great picnic areas with stunning panoramic views only a short walk away. For shops, restaurants and bars, the park is in Bembridge, the largest village in the UK, with the towns of Sandown and Ryde only a short drive away.
